What makes you most happy at work?

Playing with a higher level client

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I know clearly what is expected of me and also feel as if my needs are taken care of as well.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Easy to talk to everyone and always feel as if they have my back if I ever really truly needed it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel undervalued necessarily, but I do feel that for as much work that I put in physically I deserve more of a cut for what I do.
