What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

Those who respond with a score of 9 to 10 are known as Promoters, and are widely associated with behaviors that create value, including actively encouraging others to use the product or service. they need to make better COD games, vanguard is the most hated cod game since COD WWII and that is a bad thing because no one ever liked WWII they made COD BOCW kinda better, but it was still pretty bad, they did a good job on CODMW and they are working on COD MW2 so I hope they do a good job on tht

My son account was hacked. He told Activision it was hacked and they still banned his account., I paid a lot of money on his account and my account and my nieces account. A lot when I say a lot, I mean a lot. I've been with you guys since I don't know when since it started im what they call an OG.

This man is an executive. I.e. does nothing but look at the bottom line, maximizes profit, minimizes expenditures. Problem is, this is a game dev company, which needs creativity. The only creativity he has is how to cover up numerous scandals.
