Pay does not match expectations. Executives are getting 480% & 510% pay increases in a single year. Those at the bottom, that are already overworked, a measly 2-3%. Don't expect employees to believe leadership cares about anything but the bottom line $$.

Be impartial, no favoritism or retaliation for answering these types of surveys.

iam ok with what provided
Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago
What I value most is how the compensation package is structured to encourage growth. Beyond salary, aspects like performance bonuses and development support show that the company invests in its people, which really motivates me to improve and take on more responsibility.

Pay, bonus, Savings plans, Insurance coverage, Employee support services

Simple: Either lower your expectations of employees, decrease the excessive and inappropriate workload, or increase the pay. There is no other way to convey that you truly value about your employees.

Nothing to Express at all

Because no matter how hard I try, I always mess something up; if it's not an internal audit, it's a process they send us and then deny.
Review from Operations Dept
the compensation provided is not good and fair enough

negative feedback only, and more money

We have found solidarity and comradery in being overwhelmed, overworked and stressed out. We step up to help each other as much as possible, and work together to reduce high volume tasks quickly.

I find that many of my coworkers lack simple communication skills and often don't care whether the quality of their work impacts others.
Review from Operations Dept
My job doesn't require me to interact that much with coworkers
Review from Operations Dept
My direct co-workers yes. Like the ones on my direct team. The other team, that falls under the same group, I do not at all want to interract with. Train new people and make sure everyone knows the roles of other positions. This has and continues to cause much tension in our area.
Review from Operations Dept
Coworkers must be coordinative and need to be unity. I could work together better if they are interacted in all the cases.
Review from Operations Dept
Engagement with my small team & the dynamics we have developed. I believe everything done at the upper/ executive level is done for show & is not genuine, therefore the culture & environment outside of my team is terrible.

leadership should be more mindful of the employees' needs.
Review from Operations Dept
More opportunities that don't just lead to management. Less focus on quantity and more focus on what the clients actually want (i.e., less bloated reports). Get rid of the dead weight that impacts the whole team.

The workload is excessive & demands high. The pay is the opposite. This is not a new complaint. It has been ongoing for 10+ years. If FA cared, they would have already taken action. No worries, the employees know nothing will actually be done to improve this except aiming hot air towards us.

the HR are not clearly communicating about the compensation package in case an employee gets promoted to a certain leve. atleast they shoud hold one on one discussion with the promoted employee and explain them about their revised salary package rather than just uploading on the work day
Review from Operations Dept
micromanagement - not hearing or accepting alternate ways or opinions- do it this way b/c we said to- even when it is against the consumer request or best interest
Review from Operations Dept
Upper management does nothing to help alleviate work overload.

The only way to improve my satisfaction is to give me proper (higher) salaries so that I don't have to compare my salaries with salaries of physical workers in Poland anymore.
