They need to think about their Employee's work life balance, they need to understand that employees wait for their week offs and festive holidays to spend time with their loved ones, however Management still expect them to work and extend support on Saturdays and FA holidays too. this should change.

Communication is key for an organization this large and rather consistently we are missing key components. Applications, permissions, and other key items are altered or removed without any prior warning which delays production and causes unnecessary confusion.

Legacy Sterling employees should get 1hr for lunch (30mins paid and 30 unpaid) instead of just 30mins unpaid, as that is what the FA employees get. There should be more encouragement to break up the day so there isn't burn out.

Market salary range often lays higher for positions than offered within FA. In addition, we see those with the company a longer time will not have further adjustments made for minimum wage changes so new employees are paid more from the start than existing employees working their way up.

As a middle manager, it's very hard to motivate team members to pitch in more without providing better increases to keep up with the aggressive cost of living hikes. In this position, I hear complaints from both below and above me to do better when I can't control what's driving the issues.

300 letters is far too small a restriction to convey exactly what is going wrong, but if I had to sum it up communication and lack of care for the product over profit are things that I believe are wrong and as for how to fix it we need to communicate and care about what it is we are providing.

constantly set up to fail. The past couple years have been the worst I have experienced. Not provided with the resources and IT assistance that is needed to do the job. Communication is poor on issues regarding IT permissions. Clients are very upset with us and there is nothing an individual can do.
