Asurion: My experience with Asurion has been amazing. Best employer and employment decision I ever made.
The Bidvest Group: No Fairness in salary. It should be one common structure for the grade of title in the franchise as opposed to each business unit decision. Discriminate against race
Asurion: becoming painfully focused on non-existent social dilemmas, to the point of sacrificing the true reason for Asurion's success - technological excellence
Asurion: Overall Asurion has been the best company I have personally worked for in my life . in the short span of 3 years I have been promoted each of those years. No company that I can think of has that kind of fast track promotion and development. I am extremely happy to say I work for Asurion.
Asurion: I started my journey as a frontline Expert. Since then I've had many opportunities to grow and with the support of the leadership development training offered internally, I've earned a promotion almost every year. I'm incredibly satisfied with Asurion's investment in its employees.
Save-A-Lot: The customers who came in to shop
Asurion: I've learned a lot and have been apart of many projects over the years.
Asurion: very challenging with high expectations but fair and supportive at the same time. my team is very supportive of each other, including my boss. We all volunteer and pick up other people's work when they have something else going on or something suddenly comes up. we work very well together.
Asurion: Overall I have liked working here.
Asurion: Lifechanging-honestly. To go from a job with no incentives (because perfection is expected and anything less is a punishable offense) to a company that is dedicated to helping me learn from opportunities and celebrate successes... I can't tell you how many ways this has altered my health & happiness
Asurion: Sense that we're all in this together
Asurion: Inclusivity & everyone is eager to help. Collaborative and supportive environment.
Asurion: We seem to try at a high level. Certain teams, including my own, have very good managers which makes work enjoyable. There is just an unhealthy level of competitiveness to show what you have done individually to succeed. Teams work in silos and nobody knows about other projects and initiatives.
Asurion: I enjoy it. It's challenging and satisfying. I do think there is a can-do attitude but that sometimes translates into workaholism, driven by short turnaround times or picking up slack from lack of resources. Overall I enjoy it though.
Asurion: The focus on work life balance and development
Asurion: from the start it was a very pleasant experience. From the 1st day training till now everyone is nice and wants to help each other

Loblaw Companies Limited: Worse place I have ever work, treated like garbage with no respect.
PNC: I've been with the company for a decade and a half and I'm here for the steady paycheck. I find no joy working for this company, as the favoritism and blatant ignorance across management runs rampant. If you have any work ethic, this isn't your ideal place as it's ran by "box checkers".
