Asurion: consistent growth and change keep me motivated
Royal Caribbean International: Best company in the world
Asurion: This is a great company and I am happy to be here. I would say the inconsistency of "opening back up" throughout the organization is the only thing I criticize. The Ubreakifix team seems to do meetings every other day in person, cant they do meetings virtually? seems wasteful, especially now.

Albertsons Companies: Its okay, but mostly terrible. When people leave the department, it takes management months to hire a new employee. During that time, you're stuck to fill in the work load. It's unfair, since there are plenty of people looking for a job. Deli is the worst department. Too busy to be human.
Uber: Learning new things everyday. Many opportunities to challenge the status quo.
Siemens: Generally has good ideas but terrible execution

Uber: Humble, empathetic, authentic and performance driven
TaskUs: Fun, comfortable, Satisfied, Relax, Grateful
SunTrust Banks: There is a systemic probem at the teller window. Deposis into wrong accoubts.. lost/misplaced (believe it or not) ATM cards that are dropped on the floor behind the window. Confusion requiring a supervisor for simple banking service requests and excruciatingly long delays. I am a former banker.

Banner Health: I HAVE MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A NURSE, I WAS PAID AS SOMEONE WITH NO EXPERIENCE
Asurion: The referral process is difficult at best. It almost feels like it's set up to NOT pay the referral bonus. Training misses the mark with regard to what it's like to work in the field. Asurion: I used to love this company. For 5 years I gave them my all and I always got back what I put in. This year they've pushed more sales down everyone's throats, and have stopped responding to our feedback. I had to send an email 3 times in 2 weeks and CC a senior manager to know about my performance
Asurion: Plenty of opportunity so far for growth, all my managers have been great and encouraging.
Asurion: I've never worked for a company before that I thought my opinion was heard. Also, there is an abundance of room for advancement and internal job opportunities!
Asurion: Although I enjoy what I do it feels like the company and higher leadership is more of a hindrance than help. My 1st experience with the company was being yelled at by a different department until they realized they were mistaken. My current experience is asking if they value me HRs response was no..
Asurion: The current Asurion salaries haven't kept pace with the larger tech companies moving into Nashville.
Asurion: I get excited for work. I love the culture, the people, and the w/l balance, but at this scale we need a high-performing product. The comp is so much better elsewhere the good talent leaves. This leaves ok workers that produce a good not great product, but ok scales exponentially worse than great.
Asurion: positive, changing, challenging, flexible, growth
Apple: Their quality is just amazing!
Aramark: Pretty bad when management blames you for everything that happens when you have no control
Asurion: I wish our department was treated with respect and like we are all adults rather than being bogged down with controlling leaders and strict scheduling rules. I feel like Customer Solutions is a different place to work than the rest of Asurion (corporate). It's frustrating and exhausting.
Asurion: I enjoy working here and have a great team.
ADM: All of it is great
Aramark: Lack of support and when ever there's problems we all have to just turn our heads and then take the blame for losing or pissing off customers which seems like a repeat cycle with the services and lack of payment being shorted on pay and then lied too.
Asurion: Asurion has been great to me! I have been able to grow and advance my career unlike other companies I have worked for.
The Home Depot: Mangerment is ok. I enjoy working with customers for the most part. Never any flat bed carts, they are all filled with outside orders. Pay is not very good. The part time staff is terrible. Customers get pissed when they can find an employee or an employee with working knowledge.

Asurion: very disappointed and feel I was lied to to take this job.... Easy physically but mentally terrible.
Dollar Tree: Hold upper management accountable for not training employees

Asurion: Asurion is the last company I will ever work for!

Asurion: I love working for Asurion. I wish the retention department did not stay open until 10 on the weekends. I also wish retention was closed on all major holidays. i can understand the claims dept having to be open but retention should close at 6 cst on the weekends/
Asurion: Like customers, Asurion sales you a dream about company. You hear about how they value their employees, how they encourage you to not be robotic, they have amazing bonus potential but once you are employed you learn they could care less, they make it impossible to bonus, and AI metric grading system
Asurion: Our bonus plans are my favorite thing about our compensation package.
Asurion: overall Asurion is a great place to work and I frequently recommend positions to others
Asurion: Its a great company to work for, You have a lot of opportunity to grow within the company.
Asurion: Stressed and feeling overwhelmed. i love working with the experts but the processes and direction from above can be confusing and not ideal and it's hard to discuss changes at times or propose changes with so many chiefs to go through. we are always short staffed and too much is put on 2-3 people

Circle K: I love it, it's peaceful mostly and a great opportunity to know people .
Taco Bell: Everyone is friendly and helpful

Asurion: Asurion is the best company I have ever worked for
Asurion: They contribute high quality work and are collaborative.
Sykes Enterprises: We made sure class was fun
Asurion: great company, tons of talent. I feel like some of the executive team is out of touch.
Asurion: You are allowed to be youself.
Asurion: i love our company...i do think the stress level is often ignored or not truly recognized...i'm not in IT, but i'm concerned we will lose even more IT folks because the workload is non-stop and I don't see investment in supporting these teams.
Asurion: Accepting of all backgrounds, ethnicities, orientations
Asurion: I have had 7 great years with Asurion. I have had really effective leaders and good co-workers. I feel appreciated and excited about the company's future growth.
Asurion: I've been here 9 years. The culture is more advanced that at any previous company and is practiced - not just words. The work is extremely challenging and I know 100% that I am making a difference for the company.
Asurion: Very happy to work at Asurion ... I love the unlimited PTO, the bonus, and certainly the leadership and all the team members with whom I interact on a day to day basis. I also, love how our leadership is supportive of us working From Home during the pandemic.
Asurion: I've been at Asurion for a year now, and I feel like I'll be here for a long time. I love working at this company and what I've been able to accomplish in such a short time. I have the resources and the support I need on a daily basis.
Asurion: Training feels like it's rushed
Asurion: The beginning was amazing, there was a manager who cared, team building, i looked forward to it, now theres 3 managers and were segmented, and all we talk about is sales, which is exhausting because no one wants to hear it
Asurion: seeing the end results come to life
Amazon: Excellent people, Good leadership and decent pay.
Asurion: Asurion is the best company I've ever been associated with. I hope to work here until I retire.
Asurion: The current state of my experience is not a good one, due to the Retail transition. However I will say, I am blessed that Asurion kept me as an employee through the Retail transition, I just wish there was a pay increase for the coaches as there was for the experts.
Asurion: The company has potential, and I used to recommend to everyone. Now that I've been here for a while I see that there are still bad apples only interested in their own advancement. I've seen many people get used, many empty promises. I believe Leadership is very disconnected from the front lines.
Asurion: So far great! They take care of their people, and give us plenty of abilities to work on our work-life balance
Asurion: Broadly across the product organization product leaders are not very strong, seem to lack product knowledge and expertise, and are not invested in some of the fundamental responsibilities of product; ie. is the team functioning well, is what we're building useful and are we measuring it, etc.
AutoZone: Products not made in 3rd world countries.
Asurion: It's the people I work with. They are the reason I stay and what makes it good.

Asurion: overall very satisfied, I'd like to retire from Asurion, but would like to see comp & benefits increased overall
Asurion: Worked hard for nearly two decades. Model core values and leadership principles. Lead through adversity and team my team to do the same. Totally disappointed that people don’t think I should be a VP and have consistently delivered millions in savings and growth to the compan
Asurion: Working at Asurion was the best career decision I've ever made.
Asurion: The best company I've ever worked for
Asurion: I enjoy working at Asurion. There are many opportunities to grow and develop with the company, and I appreciate the culture of feedback. I wish that maintaining face was less important. Being honest and humble would go much further than trying to force teams to submit to VP-specific vision.
Huawei: Optimism, Perseverance, Patience, Results Focused
Asurion: Amazing! we are all one big family, no matter the department. Great company to work for.
Asurion: There are certain benefits that make the company tolerable, that is a pro. Cons are a lot of the meetings could be sent via email with bullet points, tenure should prompt more concessions for holidays off, pay is increased for front line workers, but stingy with middle management.
Asurion: challenging with lack of support from leadership at times.
Asurion: Overall Asurion is a great company the issues are there is no consistency and because of this some of us are treated different than others. Some are valued and others are not, some get aways with things they should not and others are held accountable
Asurion: Asurion has been a great experience and the longest I've been at a company. I appreciate the people and diversity and inclusion.
Asurion: They are willing to listen to feedback from us
Asurion: I have less than a year with the company and see a lot of potential. Once we get past the growing pains of starting a new department. I see all the good things.
Asurion: From the very beginning, Asurion has always impressed me as a company to work. My initial experience has remained without waiver. Asurion goes above and beyond to ensure that the employees as well as the customer/clients are taken care of to the best of our ability in every aspect of care.
Asurion: communication daily with my direct team, as well as bi-monthly communication from our executive team

Asurion: I have been here for several years and I truly believe this is the best company I have ever worked for.
Asurion: Terrific people doing challenging work in an exciting environment.
Asurion: I have had an overall great experience working at Asurion. I have had the opportunity to work on several different teams as well as opportunities to move around and grow my career with some really great people.
Asurion: My experience here has been great. I enjoy the people that I work around and have so many opportunities to learn new things. It keeps me engaged and excited to be working for Asurion.
Hudson's Bay Company: Be honest in your promotions
Asurion: Asurion is a large tech company in a small startup mindset. Many teams are siloed and it can be difficult to find what you need. However, if you are willing to put in effort, there are opportunities to advance your skills here.
Asurion: I've been here for 13yrs and am 55yrs old - My intention is to stay another 10plus years and retire from Asurion
Asurion: As an employee who has been with the company for 10+ years, I have seen the company grow and change over the years and the company has taken feedback from annual engagement surveys and looked to implement changes that create a positive, engaging, culture and work environment. I am #AsurionProud
Family Dollar Stores: I wish it was better. Been through 6 store managers in 3 years. Stepped down from manager because I wasn't getting the pay. Now I don't know what I'm going to do. I'm a struggling mom that works hard when kid is in school. Now y'all don't want to work with me when their is no school & I can't work.
Asurion: Asurion cares about their people, the business and partner relationships. I appreciate the opportunity of the tools to adapt and grow within your group, improve knowledge and work on projects.
Asurion: We are all direct with each other.
Asurion: Fortunately we/i have a great team with solid leadership.
