IBM: Just started in March, I think my colleagues are great and the work is cool. However, we need a better bonus structure and reward system, we neef a better new hire orientation, we also need a strong bench to staff projects. We also need to integrate Microsoft because some of our tools are dated.
IBM: it is good , learning is there and also got motivations through appreciations as per hardwork . more improvement required in salary part and appraisals.
IBM: As I already wrote, poeple here are happy, kind, always ready to help, positive, focused , openminded etc :)

Foundever: It has been the worse so far. I was interviewed for a Product Specialist position and yet I was treated unfairly. The time limit for other candidates to answer the assessment test was longer than mine. The gay manager chose good looking men to be product specialist. It is horrible and embarassing!
Progressive Insurance: Since there has been a huge step towards having more Remote postions. I would recommend leaders to take a coaching class on how to better manage your reps while working remotely.

Foundever: I value my job in this time of the pandemic, the 2,500 per quarter I get for my maintenance meds, my health cards and coverage for myself and my family, though underpaid and overworked.
Foundever: I can see myself with sitel till I get old but this is not turning into reality because of the people I am working with who view you more at a negative personal level than the positive impact you wanna impart. Aid is coming when it rains but never choose whom to cover, all deserves to be safe.

I had to take an 8 week leave of absence due to brain surgery and the management continuously checked on me while I was gone. When I came back to work they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable.

The processes and understanding of the operations are extremely complex, and the only way to acheive is to accept the fact that it will take a long time to understand how to navigate. Overall it's been ok, but I can see how some people may get frustrated trying to close deals.

Commercial Metals Company: They demand for a lot of travel and expect you to buy a brand new car. Their job listings are inaccurate. They keep a hostile, hot headed manager that screams at new hires on the first day.
Olive Garden: Okay, dislike working for a lot of hours, but who doesn't? I wish we got more bathroom breaks.

Costco: Friendly and peaceful environment, slow pace (maybe too slow). It values a lot the seniority of employees(20 yrs+). Company benefits are good, and you'd rarely worry about not getting the resources for doing your job. Ideal place for people who prefer lay-back pace.

CSL Behring: my overall experience is that are center is fall apart due to two hire ups that work outside of the company, we have be understaffed and dealing with overwhelming amount of donors at 109, changes need to be made and things need to be fixed in order for our center to be number one again
