Trader Joe's: This company looks after its employees in everyday. Through out this pandemic they have been the leaders in making sure we were safe, healthy, and financially capable of taking care of ourselves. Few other companies paid us to get the vaccine, and support us in the ways they have.
Konica Minolta: Work culture of the company is good, Growth is slow
IHG: Paying wages owed to employees
Wells Fargo: Too much top down management. Too little ideas coming from the bottom. Too many politics and too many people included in a decision to make any progress. Too many of my peers make a full time job of attending meetings, not contribution. Too bad. I'm hopeful for a return to being a great company soon

Trader Joe's: Higher wages, paid sick leave, more AR

However, a new position offered me what I was looking for from both a job and life balance perspective. I am proud to work here.
Academy Sports & Outdoors: absolutely terrible, I never felt validated or appreciated. I would do 50 pick up orders by myself, skip breaks, just to get the job done and the product to customers. it seems like the only thing management cares about is credit apps, money, at the expense of their employees well being and mind.

Red Lobster: Wait staff having to tip out hosts and bartenders based off sales, not tips earned is wage theft.
