Amazon: No Stocks, next to no (PAID) time off when considering how long an actual ft workday for most workers is. While insurance is decent, it should not be considered as a "perk" of the company when considering true benefits, unless an employee were actually receiving said "benefit" at no cost.

The worst part are the lower level supervisors who are not skilled at balancing honest productivity versus getting subordinates to like them. We lose good agents to bad management. This happens under the noses of VPs and Directors.
