Red Lobster: This company time and time again overrides the knowledge and expertise of the employees that work within their restaurants during their decision making processes. From button locations on a POS system to popularity of menu items & now the hours of our restaurants extending before adequately staffed.

Party City: Over worked and underpaid. Organization is terrible at my store. The back room is piled 6+ amscan boxes broken and falling apart from wall to wall. Need better storage system it is trash. We throw away a heavy amount of plastic and dont recycle Also the cockroaches in the storage
Ascension: It's a great company to work for. Making sure those being placed in leadership roles can actual lead and have knowledge of the area they are over, is huge and an opportunity. Better leader development within their area is key, otherwise it turns into a blind leading the blind situation. More PTO :)

Albertsons Companies: Terrible company to work for. There is no future there to grow within the company. If you are a salaried manager they expect you to be there 24/7. Lots of pressure, lots of work, long hours and they ask for too much for the money that they pay. Not worth it.

PetSmart: Sweatshop salon conditions. Unreasonable and unrealistic expectations.
Murphy USA: The customer service and the communication
Red Robin: Not too good to people
IHG: I make $9 an hour. Literally anybody is undervalued at that wage (especially those doing manual jobs). $15+ or bust.
7-Eleven: Delivery times are horrible (unpredictable by hours every night) and all the other employees barely complete their jobs.
Alaska Air Group: Love there new core values!
