Walgreens: Overworked is an understatement. Underpaid is an understatement. No work/life balance whatsoever. Worked mechanically through "downtime" on a 8-9 hour shifts. Walgreens is unbelievably expensive, too. No real benefits. Needy customers. Coupons are confusing. Employee discount only real plus.
Broadcom: Great pay. No foo foo nonsense. Very little HR. If you like a place where engineers are king this is the place.

Food lion: Poor work to life balance. Impossible expectations. Every associate is expendable. Long standing associates unappreciated. Poorly managed by District and regional leaders. Low pay. Demands hourly management to live at the job. No overtime, work six-seven days a week. Unorganized. Hates workers.
