Alorica: Overall, I have enjoyed working here.
Alorica: We on the talent acquisition side are expected to work overtime/nights and weekends with no bonus's or pay to show for it as we are salaried. We do not get pay raises to reflect our loyalty or hard work with the company. Since we do not earn sick time we have to save out PTO, just in case for sick.

Alorica: It has been a good experience. However, the raises, few and far between, do not even match the cost of living increase. Also, the micro management and failure to communicate at times is not the best at times.

7-Eleven: My manager has made my store a hostlie environment, at least by the legal definition. She is unreachable and she has no way to call out. I have had to gone to work after falling down the stairs and I still couldn't reach her. I have way more to say but I do not have acess to HR.

Alorica: great company but high turn over rate. I feel they do not do enough to keep people here, retention rate very low. not a competitive wage. you know your not getting a raise. so you do your work knowing your not gonna move or improve your pay. so its easy for people to move on to other companies.

Alorica: Lots of mergers/downsizing, restructuring, title and supervisor changes, took a long time to get policies aligned. Still difficult to nail down procedures. No annual increases, benefits could be better and don't pay out PTO upon termination even with resignation. Positive is working from home.
Bloomin' Brands: Very stressful and rather unprofessional
Party City: Leading by example and not trying to strong arm you into doing what they want by threatening you.
Alorica: The managers don't care about the employees well, they only look for the billing and give no regards about the Staff members or agents.
Alorica: ALorica is a great company to work for. Flexible hours, flexible leadership, Great Culture.
Google: The CEO treats me like crap, he doesn't listen to new ideas others have to give and straight up ignores the artists in general.
Hobby Lobby: There's a lot of micromanaging within the company, but almost no follow up. Management at store level is terrible but faces no backlash for treatment of staff. Expectations are high while stores are understaffed and moving up in position is almost impossible. Full-time pay is good if you can get it.

Kroger: A lot of the people are very nice but I'm just not a fan of the long hours for a part-time job and the strenuous work of getting carts and being on my feet all day.

Alorica: its okay, not the best, a lot of pay discrepancies sometimes the bonus is not paid correctly on top of that the hourly pay is really low

FIS: It's OK. It's a fair company, that tends to make relatively fair decisions. Mostly I can't complain, but I also can't say anything exceptional either.

General Electric: Great company, terrible Human Resources function. Managers can differ considerably, but when you've got a good one, the sky is your limit.
IHG: I currently work for Hotel Indigo Harrisburg Hershey. We have been without a management team since we reopened after lockdown and Areya Management has been dragging their feet to find one. Business has picked up for the summer and we are short-staffed and Areya can only complain about overtime.
Walgreens: Yes, and nothing will make me feel better!
IKEA: The pay for entry level employees is not great but the culture is amazing and there are tons of opportunities for advancement

NVIDIA: High stress. Frequently toxic, crisis management style that consistently descends into catastrophe. NV Recruits and relies on high yield, "type A" individuals to save the day. Burns them out frequently and hires new ones. Not a place for people with young children. But there is $$ there.
Goodwill: Great managers and coworkers. I love it
Forever 21: The mangers pick favorites and have a racial issue, all the managers are friends and will hang up on you and fire you if one is unhappy with you. Mangers and co works sleeping with one another and treating us employees horrible

Hobby Lobby: The store I work at is always severely understaffed. The manager is rude and condescending on most days and passable on a good day. The store maintenance is not up to par because they rent. My store has been 80+ degrees this week and generally the ac doesn’t work in the inner areas of the stor
Gartner: Gartner takes good care of their employees. The culture is enjoyable, they push you to learn and strongly support desires to grow within the company. I work with smart and driven people who value their work.
McDonald's: mcdnald is a cheap hamburger shop
Sally Beauty: Management needs to be revised. Turnover is very bad & it has to do with management.
Food lion: Unloading full truck orders ALONE! NO HELP AND FORCED TO GET EVERYTHING COMPLETE WITHIN A 8HR SHIFT AND CONDITION BEFORE I GO AND CANT GET ANY OVERTIME SO I HAVE TO WORK 3X HARDER
Little Caesar's: Corporate decisions rarely make sense on daily operations level, everyone from employees to management are extremely undercompensated for the work done (especially at the franchise level) breaks are never given to adults and minors don't always get the breaks required by law.
Delta Air Lines: The Best Company. Tge best Airline!
Southwest Airlines: Getting to see and be around the people I work with helps me deal with the bad parts of my job
