XPO: I like working it when it is good. But it can be very mixed, positive one day and then negative the next. I like when I am busy and have lots to do as it makes the day go quicker and keeps me interested. There is not much room for progression or to earn more money, so people leave quickly of often.

XPO: My experience with the company has always been pretty positive. This includes turning some experiences from a negative to a positive. HR has always been helpful to assist with issues or concerns . My Manager is always flexible with asks and always provided great direction.
XPO: overall experience is good, however only concern is there is no onsite oppurtunity provided as other company provide onsite oppurtunity which help in building confidence of stakholders and also motivate the team, i belive peron working in same process cnd be reloacted onsit will be plus point.

XPO: I truly used to love working for XPO. However, after the announcement to force employees back to office and recent safety ratings, I am displeased with the direction things are going. Let me clarify by saying I still LOVE the people I work directly with, otherwise I am upset with decisions made.
