XPO: XPO is a great place to work. There is a lot of opportunity for people that are vested in the goals of the company.
XPO: My overall experience at my company has allowed me the opportunity to grow professional. This experience has also enhanced my personal growth as well. Again, I am very thankful to have a job.
XPO: I went from knowing almost nothing about the transportation industry to just dangerous enough to do my job fairly well. Daily I'm speaking with people all over the United States, selling loads, tracking loads, and being the go to person for my customers when things go wrong in transit. Love it!
XPO: It's been great. My role is impactful and I get to work on strategic things. I have a great boss who believes in me and pushes me to be better.
XPO: the best part is the fix
XPO: I enjoy working for XPO and I have been lucky enough to be provided room to grow and progress. I would still like to see more females in senior positions, it is still white, male dominated. The spin brings lots of opportunity and I intend on taking advantage of this to help the company grow.
XPO: All positive. Met some really good people.
XPO: The ability to work from home.
XPO: I've worked at XPO for 18 years, i have seen a lot of changes, even though we are part of a large corporation, it still feels we are a large family
XPO: I have had a good experience at XPO. I do feel like there may be some ageism in regards to promotions.
XPO: it has been a great place to work and it is the best thing career wise that has happened to me
XPO: XPO is an ambitious company, with many options to growth with it. To be a part of a leader company is something awesome each day.
XPO: I enjoy working for XPO Logistics as I don't feel taken advantage of and they are accommodating for life/work balance.
XPO: I have worked in this industry for a long time, I have seen a lot of different ways to get the job done. This company seems to care about its workforce and wants them to feel comfortable with all that is done. Communication is good, the meetings are a little much, but needed. Overall satisfied.
XPO: Long term vision has deseapeared. Instead of looking a long distance ahead we're looking at the windscreen of the car. They doesn't necessarely make us take the right décisions
XPO: Started great and went downhill over the last 4 years.
XPO: Skilled and useful worker in a poorly organized less-important division of large successful company
XPO: Great place to work with a lot of good people.
XPO: Just an overall great place to work.
XPO: Help each other to complete the task.
XPO: They are involved and invested in us.
XPO: It's been fun but its just okay. The work life balance is a struggle as carriers need stuff after you're done with the work day. I was brought in under the other commissions plan and since it's changed the motivation has been lower as well as a lot of negative backlash against it.
XPO: terrific from day one, glad i made the decision to join xpo
XPO: A chance to work with a huge variety of customers and sectors.
XPO: I have been very happy to become a part of this company.
XPO: My teammates and that's it.
XPO: The compensation issue is a huge hurdle. I love my job and the people I work with. I am often challenged. I succeed at almost every task, I just wish the compensation was in line with the expectations and job duties I carry. I know I am valued and I appreciate the support of my managers.
XPO: Positive company, great people but more work needed to bring together the central functions that have transferred over from Kuehne+Nagel with the existing XPO team.
XPO: The team, managers and vendors I support.
XPO: I've held this place of employment the longest of any other job I've ever had. This is my 16th year working for Diversey.
XPO: Professionalism, supportive and positive attitudes
XPO: I enjoy working for this company and would like to stay here until I retire. My only concern is that I am going to lose 10 productive hours when we have to go back in the office, and I am afraid due to pace of my work, I will get burned out.
XPO: Came for the brand. Stayed for the salary. Will leave because of the bureaucratic, lazy, meaningless managerial policies.
XPO: I have a long experience in the company and it has allowed me to grow personally and professionally over the years.
XPO: I enjoy the work. Sometimes I do not feel appreciated, and I also feel insecure in my future here.
XPO: Overall experience has been positive. Grant it I came from amazon so most places are better lol. But honestly I love being able to come into an office where all team members are able work together to get the job done even if some minor disagreements arise.
XPO: Critical thinking is a must. Must be flexible as work is fast paced and constantly changing.
XPO: our team sticks together, not matter the struggle.
XPO: so far it has been a good experience
XPO: typical corporate experience, beef up corner offices on the east coast and keep the little guys living skinny/no cost of living increases-expected but still sad.
XPO: I epitomise the XPO ethos 'you grow, we grow' by being given the opportunity to gain further qualifications in my field
XPO: Over the last 4 years I have grown tremendously. I look forward to what I can bring to the table in the future.
XPO: Being challenged by new tasks and customers. Being trusted to achieve for the company and our customers.
XPO: i Have come form KNDL to work for XPO, this has been a strange transition due to covid and the improvement plans not going directly to the timeline, however i do get flashes of a good company to work for, and when i have to work with people outside of the drinks world it is a company i enjoy working
XPO: They supportive, goal-driven and creative in problem-solving.
XPO: Interessante et challengeante mais demandant un certain investissement et resultats
Concentrix: Positive, feel like there is room to grow and develop
XPO: overall enjoy working at xpo but wish i was compensated more fairly for my elite production
XPO: I have been with the company a long time. Many changes from small private to large public - 95% of the changes are positive.
XPO: This company has a lot of potential, but it lacks direction. I can see a really great upside or a bad downside all depending on the decisions made by our executive management. Right now executive management sends a lot of mixed signals, but it appears that profit at all costs is the company motto
XPO: My experience with XPO has been positive overall. Stabilizing our technology vision has been helpful.
XPO: i have been here for 7 years and have enjoyed most of it
XPO: Very challenging operationally each day which is what I like most about the job. Our DSR's hit the street about 2 hours later than every other LTL company in our area due to the linehaul system I believe needs to be revamped.
XPO: better comunication about changes in organization
XPO: Hard work, fast pace, good revenue growth. Unfortunately, no career progression, & little discussion of career options for me. W/ the "Global Job Architecture", I've actually gone backwards 1 title level. Same position for 7+ yrs, despite 3X team, more responsibility, broader skills, big value add
XPO: I have been doing this for many years and overall XPO is great. However the larger we get the more complicated all the processes (system wise) get, some of them now verge on ridiculous.
XPO: Very satisfied with a financially stable client.
XPO: The hours are insane and it often seems some people can just be nasty toward one another. It's disheartening to see leadership all the way to the executive level act like this. seems like whichever leader has the loudest or most refined gripe gets the attention.
XPO: Dynamic, overall fair and relying on personal empowerment. Sometimes a bit old-fashioned as to HR rules and compensation
XPO: As I already mentioned, i'm in the company since 2 years but the average in my team is a few months maximum. Why such a big group like XPO can't do anything to keep good employees and and is forced to constantly change personnel resulting in instability.
XPO: XPO has proven to be a good company to work for over the past 8 years.
XPO: i have seen this company grow from the ground up and i am proud to be a part of XPO
XPO: Been with the company for 7 years. The best part about XPO is you can blaze your own trail as it’s not like how our parents grew up in the work force by going up the next step in the ladde
XPO: honestly i would have to say i love this job
XPO: I didn't receive any this year
XPO: My experience overall has been good. I believe more up front vacation time would go a long way with employee morale. Employee retention has been an issue, this is one of my goals, to better retain employees.
XPO: I think that I took the correct decision once I moved over to XPO Logistics
XPO: I have been working at XPO for just over 2 years. XPO gave me the chance to demonstrate my skills.
XPO: I 'm proud to be a manager in XPO, proud to be an example for my team and my objectif is to protect, secure and respect my team. take care abour my customer
XPO: XPO is great. our branch needs improvement
XPO: Horrible. Hated all 4 years
XPO: 4 years in the legal department of Transport Europe. Negotiation of contracts (customer and real estate) and litigation management for all LOBs combined. Ever more complex and interesting missions with strong strategic challenges. All with passionate internal custcustomers. Good spirit!
XPO: Experiences vary based on manager, but overall am proud to let people know where I work.
XPO: ONE MGR WAS A HORRIBLE LEADER BUT NOW THE ENTIRE DEPARTMENT FEELS AS IF A BEAR WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE DEPARTMENT
XPO: Great place to work. Great momentum.
XPO: Love working for XPO as I feel I can contribute to a job (i hope ) well done
XPO: I love working at XPO. The talent I'm surrounded by every day is truly astonishing. Everyone around me respects me and pushes me to grow and be better. Pay is great and the opportunity for advancement is UNMATCHED (I have never worked anywhere where you can move up as fast as you can here).
XPO: Visionary company that challenges me every day though wish career options to expand from my role were clear and available.
XPO: Under valued, un appreciated, undermined. This makes me fight back to improve the treatment of myself and others and to be that person that employees can come to know that I will do all that I can for them within my remit.
XPO: I have been with XPO for a total of 8 years and feel I have been able to advance my career and constantly feel challenged and expand my industry and professional knowledge. I truly love what I do, and where I get to work and work with some of the best people in the industry.
XPO: would be better if it was heat and air friendly, and the pay was better
XPO: Uncapped potential and Weekly pay
XPO: Love working here, hard work but fulfilling
XPO: This survey is very long
XPO: It has been good it would be better if my manager would support the team and stand up for his people. It seems like he does not listen to what I have to say.
XPO: I learnt a lot of things in one year: from being a sales to program a tool. I discovered strategic decisions and I helped top management taking thoses decisions with all the tools and datas that I managed. Today, I'm autonomously working on projects I think will improve the performance of Xpo.
XPO: XPO is a great company, offering very attractive opportunities. We only miss a long term vision from the board. In France transport division, we know having good work conditions but we expect the company to be sold at any time.
XPO: I have been with the company for 9 years, as long as I am a value added member of the XPO team I plan to stay. XPO supported me through cancer and for that I am forever grateful.
XPO: Poor management all around. Horrible communication, planning, and caring for your employees.
XPO: XPO has built a team atmosphere and everyone's voice is heard.
XPO: Company is great and I am 100% involved. Salary package is ok I guess. However, the main point is really the perspectives for the future. I know that my next step will be outside. This perspective does not help teams to challenge themselves and to overperform for the company
XPO: Very positive with a lot improvements over the years to promote growth and opportunity
XPO: Several lives in one life
XPO: It has been a good experience and I feel happy about being part of a great company, but I have been disappointed to know that I will not be able to advance to a better position and that my salary will not increase in a time that is not determined and probably very extensive
XPO: I feel undervalued at work because our team was cut down to 5 people, we're never recognized by the rest of the company until they need us, and we don't get decent wages. For example; every department and team makes more than us
Food lion: They work together well with each other.
XPO: I have individual work stimuli but on the whole I constantly see people who leave the company because they are not evaluated correctly
XPO: I know my job is valued but it is a one-way relationship. I win awards for my work and my management skills, every year I am given increased responsibilities and headcount to manage but have never been offered a pay increase or even given a regular 1-2-1 to check on how I'm doing.
XPO: Not so bad in terms of work life balance, but currently we are facing difficulties between a line manager and functional manager, line manager sits in India and functional in US with whom we actually work, and there is too way difference between both of them.
XPO: responsable comptable de plusieurs dossiers ,des outils informatiques performants un cadre de travail assez quelconque par contre et des possibilités de promotion assez limitée
XPO: XPO Logistics is awesome, it is ran like I believe a company should be ran. There is no belittling, no micro managing, and no favoritism by leadership. Great place to work!
XPO: I have heard a lot of mixed reviews from employees about people not liking XPO, but I have also found people who really like the company, so that has influences my opinion. I enjoy being able to work from home and to be trusted to get the work done.
XPO: Commitment, knowledge base, willingness to achieve
XPO: They lead with Integrity and Inclusion.
XPO: Overall, my experience has been positive. Most of my supervisors have been supportive and my co-workers GREAT to work with.
XPO: we are way too cheap with people resources. we are quick to get rid of folks in large numbers, the work grows but not in proportion to available people resources
XPO: Huge amount of work, with short deadlines and limited resources, however, we manage to deliver value and opportunities for our business
XPO: I have had a positive experience working at XPO.
XPO: I have been with XPO for 2 years, 2 months and have been transferred four times. I don't feel that I'm reporting to the correct department.
XPO: The people are demanding but kind, respectful, inclusive and professional.
Concentrix: We are share the same values and views
XPO: Use to be a service first company. As Walt Disney says "Quality always wins" but we no longer care about the quality of our service product and only care about our stock price.
XPO: This is the best place I have ever worked. I am treated with respect and I am afforded opportunities based off of merit, not tenure. LTL is fast paced by nature, this is no different and is what I expected. I feel tremendous security and I am very optimistic about the future.
XPO: I would like to see a flexible WFH adopted to retain and attract talent. This could be a competitive advantage and not cost anything. 2 days a week would be ideal.
XPO: Good senior management. I enjoy the challenge everyday and always having to adapt. Growing is an everyday Occurrence. We are understaffed and overworked. Expected to do everything under the sun with no employees and minimal pay for your responsibility. There is also no work/life balance.
XPO: is a structured company, which manages to maintain an industrial but human approach. it is full of challenges. and I like challenges. I have been working in transport for 22 years, I have always worked in large groups, including our competitors. I treat the company as if it were my own company, with
XPO: I have been working in the company for 20 years but I believe that this last management is the most correct towards the employees ... previously there were problems .. that also weighed down the work despite being linked to it
XPO: I have watched countless good employees go from being genuinely excited and motivated to do well become unenthused and jaded due to the lack of balance and accountability amongst employees. We continue to lose hard working and smart employees because we don't give them any opportunity to progress.
XPO: We're not putting our customers first
Applebee's: I love it there amazing
XPO: a mixed experience between site director, CS project manager, D&P activities...so various activities and various relationships (customers, internal opertionnal people, support contacts...)
XPO: The best part of my compensation package is bonus potential.
XPO: the company is very great and helpful to people especially the migrate . I like working with XPO because we valuable.
XPO: I've been with XPO since day 1 and have enjoyed the journey! I feel the company (leadership) truly cares for the employees.
XPO: I am very proud to be part of XPO
XPO: Great career advancement, open communication, sharing company overall vision, excellent benefits
XPO: Everything was going great until the spinoff. But now with the spinoff I have personally lost interest. The dream of working for a 17 billion company and #ONEXPO has been shattered. No new challenges at work, same old stuff day in and out. Planning to quit soon if I get a better opportunity outside
XPO: I was lucky to have a motivating start to my career at XPO. But I ask myself the question: why there is no local sharing, between operator between LOBs?
XPO: Very hard working and challenging - great people, great customer
XPO: A very fast paced, high pressure and forward thinking business. There is plenty of room for expansion and progression, we really care about people - maybe work / life balance becomes too stretching at times
XPO: Its great working with XPO but at times few things need to be looked into
XPO: My experience with the company has been good. I've had the chance to work for different BUs. The only two things that could be better is to not change managers every year or so and the scare two years ago with the chance XPO could be sold. I was very afraid that I'd lose my job.
XPO: We make it harder than it should be.
XPO: Does not meet the expectation which I perceived while joining the company
XPO: I have had the privilege to manage and lead a lot of good people in my career at XPO. The company has also provided me the opportunity to take care of my family for many years. I currently like and respect my boss and enjoy working with my peer group. I am not happy with advancement opportunities
XPO: I enjoy working at XPO. I wear the shirts proudly.
XPO: fast paced never get boring
XPO: Engaging and fast paced. Informal and supportive but also demanding. Pace is constantly too high, some relief is needed.
XPO: interactive events like potlucks and cubicle decoration competitions.
XPO: I feel useful and challenged
XPO: Allot of changes over the years. So many Managers have lost their jobs it is hard as a older long term employee to feel secure.
XPO: i have been here for 19 years. that says a lot
XPO: Compared to others in the industry, I feel that XPO under pays. There is also a very odd
XPO: Great experience so far but lacking growth opportunities.
XPO: Need ability to work from home, otherwise we will be limited in our ability to attract quality talent and we will lose talent to companies that are offering that work/life balance
XPO: They appear to be approachable
XPO: Very happy to work for XPO based on the relentless focus on driving shareholder value and growth. This relentless focus is what drives people to either excel or leave due to the pace. It is also what leaves people with uncertainty of what changes could be coming next as we focus on driving growth,
XPO: Love working with the people who are brilliant, without them I would have looked for a role elsewhere
XPO: It is a multi cultural workforce and I enjoy working with all my colleagues and just being at work.
XPO: I have observed a great deal of new customer growth. We seen even through the impacts of covid the teams come together to still service our customers in a manner that they need it. I love working for a company that is growing and evolving
XPO: Being such a large company, there is a lot of room for learning and growth. My hopes are that the positions that have been successfully working from home for the last 15 months can continue to have a remote option. The good people are being approached by other companies and XPO needs to retain them.
XPO: XPO offers many modes of transportation which makes my job fun because I can offer options to my customers.
XPO: we have good relationship, we help each other
XPO: Management. Respect. Wages. Job satisfaction.
XPO: We like to think we're fast paced - but really we tend to delay, delay, delay and then run to a deadline. However, we do take the plunge as a group and wholeheartedly. I like the challenge.
XPO: I've been here over two years and have never plateaued. There's always something new starting. Everyone is expected to be flexible and always willing to learn new things. It's been a really great time.
XPO: Fantastic. Only concern is the fact that we're reporting to the office full-time in the future. May put us at a disadvantage attracting talent when most of the world plans to remain flex schedule.
XPO: Fast pace company, good work environment, challenging nonetheless could review amount of calls and emails with KPIS sent which are not adequate to time of analysis required, meaning you get more than you can review/duly comment. could improve purchasing dept. too bureaucratic /takes too long
XPO: Since being with XPO for the past 5 years, I would not want to work for any other company. Thru COVID this company kept everyone afloat and cannot thank this company enough. The Team I work with in our District, "gets it"! and am very proud to work with this team at XPO
XPO: XPO has very much a startup spirit which I have been able to learn from and embracing technology and innovation to better serve our customers and internal processes. There is room for improvement with opportunities for growth and compensation as well as flexibility with benefits role after pandemic
XPO: The company is a strong focused company, and I have meaningful work to get done. I feel parts of our culture are mediocre and we need to do more to be engaging to our employees.
XPO: my experience here @ XPO is a traumatic one. we do not train incoming personnel correctly. the burden of running this terminal falls on only the backs of a few dedicated workers who have a no quit attitude! our management & leadership need an immediate overhaul or we will lose more than employees.
XPO: I like their Professionality and inclusivity
XPO: Everyday is battle. It's tough to walk in the office with a positive outlook when you know we do not have the tools to win the day. There are days I sit down the road and check work emails as I know once I walk in the door there will be upset overworked drivers and 10-15 customers wanting answers.
XPO: Unappreciated. Although we self proclaim fairness to all minority and special interest groups (to the point of being able to self identity or support) the senior workers face an unconscious negative bias when it comes to opportunities, promotions, raises etc. and lack an identified category.
XPO: problem after problem, always fighting a battle internally or externally. everything has to be escalated and do not give managers authority to make decisions. we say we want to be the best in class but we make decisions that contradict that. we make our decisions based 100% financially.
XPO: les relations humaine et l'organisation
XPO: I like my job, but it would be nice to actually feel appreciated. I know I'm good at what I do, but it would nice to actually hear it. I do the work of multiple people, and it annoys me to no end to hear other terminals complain about being overworked. Are you serious? There's one of me.
XPO: XPO is a great place to be. The IT teams are among the best I've ever seen. Leaders are extremely empathetic and genuinely want the best for you, while your peers are as smart as they get. The compensation and benefits need to be improved however, if we want to retain this top talent.
XPO: Interesting challenges whose progress is slowed down by people w/o knowledge of 21st century best practices
XPO: I really wish there were more opportunities for ppl like myself with 16yrs of experience but not the college degree. I have seen college degree ppl come and go, quickly. The experienced ppl are left to "fill" in until the next college degree shows up only to leave, quickly. Then the cycle continues.
XPO: There has been allot of change and executive leadership has made some incredible mistakes with how the people are managed and treated.
XPO: I have been with my company for the majority of my working career. When I ask myself why, the answer is because the company continuously evolves, grows, and offers different opportunities. Arguably more so than job hunting the market.
XPO: I enjoy working for my company and the team that I am apart of. I believe our Executive team on the account that I am with are very professional and willing to see our team succeed.
XPO: I have had a great career with many promotion opportunities. However the pandemic and subsequent recovery has unveiled the flawed logic of LTLs leadership. Cost cutting was a great strategy for 3 years to drive profit, during the recovery cost cutting and failure to invest is driving away people.
XPO: I'm proud I had the opportunity to become Manager. I like the service I sell. Nevertheless they are too many personal interests coming before the work interests in all day activities from others Managers/employee I work with.
XPO: The work is challenging in a way that the time I invest in improving my skills is mutually beneficial to the company, its clients, and me.
XPO: Years at XPO passed very smoothly
XPO: I love working for XPO
XPO: My management tree makes my work life a nightmare. Feedback in unhelpful to negative.
XPO: XPO are the best company i've ever worked for, the reward and regognition is like no other
XPO: Good company with lots of opportunity but they need to make it easier to promote from within the organization.
XPO: Initially my experience was good, but unfortunately after learning that all departments must be back in the office full time, it has been not been good. All coworkers have not been able to say one positive thing about going back full time. Some are even contemplating looking for another job.
XPO: Dedication to the organization and clients.
XPO: over worked, unable to take time off because of how busy we are and because of what I come back to after being off.Emails are out of control, 100-150 emails a day, if you take a day off this doubles them, take a full week off and it take the next week to catch back up. Staffing issues daily
XPO: We have a very collaborative team that supports one another.
XPO: They are driven and very knowledgeable of the business
XPO: XPO is fast-paced and in a constant state of change. This can lead to burn out and cause anxiety about being able to accomplish goals in a normal work day (based on 10-12 hours per day for salaried), however the opportunities to grow and be creative has made this a wonderful experience for for me.
XPO: My customers, working hard towards goals.
XPO: My overall experience is good as I enjoy what I do and who I work with, although when the company splits it will be totally different but I will embrace the change and the challenges it brings.
XPO: Passionate Teams. However, Entrepreneurial is one of our values, but we are heavily hindered by US Control in IT, Marketing, Recruitment. SF is not really fit for purpose. Far better tools out there that would be more beneficial for a company of our global reach. Bonus for all, not just Mgrs.
XPO: they work with each individual to develop and make them give the best of what they are
XPO: XPO has been my family. From having my back through a parent's death, and my own job security when I was significantly ill. XPO has always been there. "No worries, do what you can. We've got you" has always been the message I've gotten. Been here 6 years, not leaving any time soon.
XPO: Enjoyable and challenging in most aspects of my role
XPO: My Gm and OP's managers
XPO: Overall it's a good experience. It feels like a large family and that's important to me.
XPO: ESPERIENZA NEI 20 ANNI POSITIVA - NEGATIVA PER QUANTO RIGUARDA LA RETRIBUZIONE NEGATIVA PER QUANTO RIGUARDA I MIEI RESPONSABILI
XPO: Over the last 5 years the company has made more changes for employees that it have in the prior 15-20, but they need to continue and leaders need to not stay stuck in old way of thinking. No matter what changes are made, department managers can make employees unhappy and leadership needs to realize.
XPO: I have worked at XPO for over 4 years now and have thoroughly enjoy every moment. I feel valued everyday, love my role, have great caring and helpful work colleagues and Managers..
XPO: There have been peaks and valleys in my career here. Overall I am grateful for the opportunity to be where I am and what I do. I do not agree with the direction our business unit is heading. We are repeating past mistakes with clients, and we are due for a major change to shake up the business.
XPO: 401k matching. Could use better healthcare options.
XPO: Logistics is a challenge and I enjoy it all, learning new systems, working with my vendors, assisting with the upmost professional service. Communicating with co-worker's internal and external. Enjoy the atmosphere and especially casual dress.
XPO: ... ... ... ... ...
XPO: I am in the company since a long time but scared with the spin-off and a potential upcoming sale
XPO: Been working for the company for a number of years. Would recommend it.
XPO: Its been the best job that i have had in my career driven by the people i work with and the variety of day to day content
XPO: sono cresciuta molto nell'ultimo anno e mezzo grazie alla fiducia che il mio capo deposito ha avuto in me; adesso infatti gestisco una buona parte del reparto outbound
XPO: I enjoy the day to day challenges of work
XPO: Tough environment at times, but many of the Leadership have been very fair
XPO: Good and varied job, fairly paid but not in respect to what is asked. The people I work close with are all competent, the only real bother is all the administration that is needed. Senior management hide behind rules set out by XPO, not to have to deal with the real issues
XPO: The fact that they are visible
XPO: very challanging work. every day is a new experience and challange. I really like my people that I work with locally. my boss is very supportive.
XPO: Management is poor at communication and overall bringing poor attitudes to the workplace. No positive feedback at all. The pay is not keeping up with the times and for what this job is, it should be higher. Having a permanent shift would help for planning activities outside of work.
XPO: i like the flexibility .
XPO: Was a good experience and I had honor to have the best team, and without people, you are nothing. I hope to have a clear goals and to invest in people and also to stay close with customers. Thanks' for opportunity to be in XPO.
XPO: I enjoy working at XPO. I am disappointed that information does not flow freely. A recent example is the company's realignment of divisions and where individuals will sit. Great companies share information freely and keep people informed. This is a key opportunity for GXO moving forward
XPO: It's a company of firefighters. It's all about fixing the immediate issue, not doing the root cause analysis and figuring out how to prevent the problems from reoccurring. In my group, your career depends on whether management likes you. The least liked gets laid off. It's not based on performan
XPO: Its the worst. Fear of loosing a job without any fair warning any point of time; i wont recommend any of my friend to join this company as there is no job security; no growth opportunities and promotion for existing tenured employees rather people are getting hired from outside (same experience)
XPO: I love my job and the ability to perform my job as needed without being micro managed.
XPO: I learned a lot and I am learning a lot working in xpo
XPO: Interesting, enjoyable and fulfilling. Has allowed me to expand my own personal knowledge.
XPO: Varied, I have been in XPO since 2009 working on projects which has kept the role fresh and interesting
XPO: good, timely, complete, open communication
XPO: Pleasant environment but stressful and strenuous. Definitely not for the faint of heart.

XPO: I'm constantly challenged. The workload is intense. To our credit, XPO is very focused on hiring only talented people. There is some risk the pace results in higher turnover than might otherwise be expected. Don't think we should change, but we should acknowledge this reality.
XPO: Great opportunities, development of a diverse workforce, everyone is treated fairly... Great place to work
XPO: The pace is fast, I also push myself to be fast. The support functions of IT, HR, Compensation, Recruiting is like pulling a tugboat to keep pace with the operation. This is where I spend most of my day. We need all wages and benefits reviewed as the competitors seem to be ahead of us.
