XPO: Struggle is we want RJ look strategic but operate quarter by quarter. Middle management has deteriorated and morale is going down.
XPO: it feels like a team,
XPO: I feel proud to work in this is great company, I'm sure XPO has a successing and growing future. In the part of LATAM we need the support to drive and conduct the grow through the appropriate balance of the site leaders and the corresponding participation of the support areas (HR, account managent)
XPO: Welcome/Integration nice, on going full time into workteam, free emploiement (time plan, also).
XPO: I have had a good experience just worried that lost contracts will be a part of the business I am not comfortable with. Change is good but I am at a point in my career where we need stability.
XPO: My experience has been extremely positive. There are always ups and downs, but overall the company is a great fit for me. My advancement rate has been more than satisfactory.
XPO: I lost my raise in 2020 working every day through the most stressful year of my life, but the busiest year of production and shipping at our site. We never shut down. We pushed through and made it happen here but still no raise and to get 3% the next year after all that? It hurts. It hurt us all.
XPO: Free to drive my agenda and develop entrepreneurial initiatives
XPO: Current site is very much "a good ole boy network". Very right wing - needs better upper management and HR involvement to promote diversity (Pride). Once you are in your position, upper management does not want you to advance (does not want you to apply for another position and will not approve)
XPO: XPO is one of the best companies i have worked for. i have a great team Salary/hourly that are very committed.
XPO: I like XPO, I like job as general, but on our site we have issue with weak HR and OPS team is doing what they want (bullying, harassing, favoritism) and everything is cover up by Site manager and OPS. Ppl getting jobs by friendships, complains are lost. Grand central - Missguided
XPO: I very much enjoy the XPO side. Being onsite at a client that is a very different culture and experience, but all of my experience with XPO and the company has been great. This company has pushed me to be better in my career and want to innovate and look for more career growth.
XPO: Overall, my work experience is positive. Every company has room to improve. If I ran XPO, I'd place more emphasis on not wasting subordinates' time (start/stop meetings on time!), ensuring workers >50 are included in our D&I initiatives, and improve PTO allocations for Sr. Managers and above.
XPO: I enjoy the structure and appreciate the value of my input.
XPO: WE have an open door policy.
XPO: My 5 years with XPO have been incredible. I have advanced and been rewarded for my hard work and success. We have had a great run as a company driving value for our shareholders and I hope we continue on this path for years to come.
XPO: new to XPO and challenging post covid
XPO: XPO is a very good company that can be a great company. What is holding us back is that we still have pockets of complacency (HR, accounting) that are at strict odds with the high-performance culture we have in the rest of the company.
XPO: I am very invested in XPO and love my job- I love my role in Corporate. I do wish that I had more opportunity as a woman for advancement- I have always received positive feedback from peers and executives, but no promotional opportunites have been presented to me over the past year and a half
XPO: Good overall, but outsourcing of IT service desks in Europe has made computer issues a real headache, every day.
XPO: Overall, XPO has been a great public company/Fortune 500 company to work for. I do not think it gets better than this.
XPO: I have been with this company since 1997 and have enjoyed my time. I feel challenged every day and welcome it
XPO: I'm having an excellent professional experience at XPO. It provides the right combination of challenging work, great colleagues and fun.
XPO: communication leadership skills encouragement to team
XPO: Most of us try to work together and support one another.
XPO: Pay could be better, not a dreadful job
XPO: Grateful I made the career switch and joined. From people to technology, XPO focuses on excellence. An awesome place to be.
XPO: I am realized at work, however, I do not have a career path and there is not support for tuition reimbursement to keep me updated to generate value to the company
XPO: Great company. But too many members of staff are stretched within the business which exert too much stress on these individuals. Also, IT support in general is very poor
XPO: A friendly atmosphere, with everyone trying to do their best
XPO: Love my Job. I will never leave. I plan to be here untill I can no longer do my job.
XPO: More than 15 years on the same file, has different positions. At no time was I bored or lacked a challenge. It makes professional life interesting
XPO: Fast paced, demand and growth has outpaced labor increases. Leaders are forced to spend their days putting out fires rather than approaching issues strategically.
XPO: They are open and approachable
XPO: I have been very happy here, and motivated to work daily.
XPO: Belle entreprise, travail intéressant, doit d'avantage capitaliser et investir sur ses ressources et compétence
XPO: Salary is ok, bonus is good.
XPO: Initially excited and proud, challenged and honored. Now, feel misled and a pawn in a larger game. Question my decision to have left solid career to come here.
XPO: I'm happy and great to be part of XPO family.
XPO: Working at XPO has been a great opportunity to grow professionally.
XPO: Overall, I enjoy working for XPO. I feel challenged everyday and each day is different from the last, keeping it fresh. The network is big so reaching out and connecting with my coworkers domestically is satisfying. I always feel I learn best when collaborating with partners through the network.
XPO: With over 30 years in the freight industry, Being with xpo for 5 years has been the Best that i have had in my career. I have been given opportunities to better myself thru support, hard work and dedication. On a personal note, i have given the opportunity to pursue my dreams in transferring
XPO: Its a great business to work for with a great exec team who are experts in the field, but who still look to gain support for employess and teams a like to build on the great foundations laid. Cant imagine being anywhere else.
XPO: Overall, it has been okay. I have had one mentor leave and not by choice, another moved to a different division, and the other is on a different team. I still ask them all questions to this day. Culture is difficult, but the people on my current team are great and are trying to keep it alive.
XPO: We are not bonused fairly.
XPO: XPO has been very good to me. Constantly learning, we have a lot of talented people at work. Very solid earning potential.
XPO: Has been a great company to work for and has helped me on my path to success.
XPO: Great communication (except with my manager)
XPO: Involved on project management with operational stuff to manage in a daily basis
XPO: great learning experience overall, but definitely looking for a change in a near future because current pace is not sustainable
XPO: after many years working here it´s very important to continue learning every da
XPO: I enjoy my job, and over the last year, I've enjoyed working from home. Our team has become very efficient and performed better from home the entire year. Being forced back into the office is extremely disheartening, and even more so if you feel you will lose your job for disagreeing.
XPO: I have a positive experience working at XPO, I think we can do it better in order to improve the stress and ansiety that we receive from the top management but I understand that their are receiving this pressure also. furthermore, I think teleworking should be adopted as a normal way of work.
XPO: Growth opportunity and training at mid/sr level
XPO: My experience has been good. There are highs and lows but that is the same in any company. I thoroughly enjoy working for XPO and plan on doing so for many years to come. I do think the workload is too much for everyone from the DGM, SCM and the FOS. I believe we need to look at reducing this soon.
XPO: Successful, demanding, aggressive approach and pace
XPO: very fast paste, and not a dull minute, and you do more than just your job description, very competitive within your co-workers and sales rep.
XPO: Extremely satisfying and rewarding with challenges and opportunities always there
XPO: Overall XPO is a very good company to work for
XPO: XPO provides a positive employee experience. There are areas that could be improved upon, such as flexibility to WFH a few days per month.
XPO: Not paid as per market standard and as per peer companies. COVID Work from Home packages not introduced that allow buying accessories to make WFH comfortable
XPO: I'm on a team with the largest cust - you just asked about vacation - we all log in to work during our vacation. we cannot keep up without it. We care about our customer and it pays off, but we are most def taken for granted - especially by our Director and his boss. No doubt. so taken for granted.
XPO: There for you when needed
XPO: They are very proactive in taking initiative.
XPO: Love working for XPO...and will love working for GXO as well.
XPO: I work day in and day out. I have over 250 hours of PTO currently and unable to use it. My phone rings from the time my eyes open to the time they close. No advancement offered. All positions at the next level are filled by friends and acquaintances. But, I have been able to provide for my family.
XPO: Good level of communication on the whole
XPO: love it, they need to be more upfront on what we are facing with service and hiring, would recommend XPO to anybody! Great environment
XPO: As an employee who has left and come back to the company, XPO definitely offers a very exciting, fast paced environment to work in. Work / life balance can be challenging at times, but the company has some incredible people that are a delight to work with.
XPO: I have really enjoyed working for XPO. It's been a great place to start a new career.
Ascension: I have enjoyed working for Amita. I have been with them for almost 8 months and really have no qualms or bad experiences. Working on the Talent Acquisition team we stay very busy but what we do I feel matters and I love how busy I am. I don't see myself leaving.
XPO: I like the contact with my colleagues and the diversity of my tasks within my company
XPO: Overall I have had a relatively good experience. I have seen more recently individuals in high positions that they can be nasty and demeaning to employees and HR ignores it. They are too important. When this type of behavior is accepted, it shows this company's true colors
XPO: they care about their employees -
XPO: From the start, I have enjoyed working for XPO. I feel supported and have the tools to succeed. I am very happy with my job and enjoy the work I do.
XPO: A good conpany to work for and my own service record speaks for itself from a loyalty point of view. The business is going in the right direction, but i would like to see more positivity and communication with and form the customer.
XPO: I am an experienced manager. I know warehouse processes. I know the rules of cooperation with the client. I know the rules of negotiating contracts. I have worked for three large logistics companies in Europe.
XPO: Great company, but would like the company to develop a program that I can sign up for, and the structure of the program itself would drive advancement. My personal nature is to focus 100% on the day-to-day job versus advancement, so the company is missing out on my extended capabilities.
XPO: Helping grow the overall business and being customer centric.
XPO: Very positive, in 5 years I have been given the opportunity to progress and develop and advance my career whilst being challenged and compensated for it. The managers are friendly and everyone wants to get the job done and do it well.
XPO: After 5 years here i realize this is not right for everyone, but if you are a hands on person, a go getter, who doesn't need micromanagement and can handle things on its own, this is the perfect place. Don't expect anyone to hold hands and show you what you need to do, they expect that from you.
XPO: base pay and bonus are competitive
XPO: Being busy most of the time
XPO: its amazing, i so glad working for this company, better thing are comming on
XPO: I am Thankful because I am in a company that leadership really cares about people, they take actions when something needs to be corrected and it's a great place to work.
XPO: Overall it has been good. I think supervisors should have unlimited PTO to schedule around thing because they are always within reach somehow and are in that position for a reason. I think that is a huge perk but overall I am happy with my experience so far.
XPO: It is a long way, with a light grow, a lot of knowledge and good friends.
XPO: I'm glad to be part of a world wide team.
IHG: There is a lot cognitive dissonance at the executive level especially as regards the pay gap between IHG Execs/Hotel Owners and hotel employees.
XPO: Early days as transferred from K+N at the start of 2021 & have been working from home due to Covid, therefore I have limited exposure to the wider Group
XPO: it is going fast, lot of pressure but with all the means you need to make it happen. 50% american culture, 50% European one, great mix but not for everyone!
XPO: Solid. Enjoy the work, the pace, the people
XPO: Just over one year working in supply chain. The growth and excitement is very rewarding.
XPO: It started it off okay, but there needs to be a lot of overhauling of internal processes and leadership needs to be changed up.
XPO: So far/ working from home
XPO: the recognition of team efforts
XPO: I like XPO and my client. I do not believe our leadership team understands what is going on at the site level. For instance, the change agent program and XOS are good ideas on paper, but we cannot make every site operate the same.
XPO: I have been working as a manager since 2014, during which time the scope of responsibility has tripled
XPO: I have been able to travel to other sites and learn from others as well as coaching.
XPO: Over recent years since XPO took over cold, callous and heartless.
XPO: Actually give incentives. This is the only job where my responsibilities go up but my pay is decreasing drastically. I am currenting looking for better opportunities.
XPO: Hired in as a temp to hire but this was a phallacy as my position was outsourced to Dublin OH. Had to accept a lower level position as an employee. Training/pay/work-life balance are all unacceptable.
XPO: I have had a great experience working for XPO. Management has always been very supportive of my personal growth. No complaints at all.
XPO: Great company, great benefits. Sketchy management and no transparency with clients of what's actually happening internally. Makes you not trust your management on what they are telling you.
XPO: I enjoy working for an industry leader in transportation. I feel appreciated for my contributions and encouraged to achieve my personal best. I love the energy of XPO and that I can count on my peers and leaders to share my passion for success.
XPO: I consider the bonus .
XPO: ue to the poor management of HR, we are short of staff. Low salaries, unattractive to be able to hire where they are missing, the lack of retention success of the staff already employed. Demotivation
HP Inc.: Great company to work for. HP is transforming all the time to stay ahead of the changes. People who like to shape the future and want to work for an innovative company woth an outstanding culture should consider HP as employer.
XPO: Overall, XPO is an exciting place to work at. The company is leanly staffed which makes it so that there are opportunities to work on a variety of projects on a regular basis which is challenging and rewarding.
XPO: I have been here 32 years and have always felt like a valuable member of the team.
XPO: It was a rough start, but after getting great quality time with my manager, I felt more and more comfortable about being able to excel in my role.
XPO: Respected, opportunity to develop my career.
XPO: It's a great company to work for. Love the fact that we can collaborate with people who know the business to create computer driven applications that help regular people in the business do their jobs better. That's such a great feeling. I love integrating complex optimization/ML tech into the bus
XPO: Inclusive, focused on profit but promoting work/life balance.
XPO: Very nice work environment, helpful team members, competitive compensation and clear communications makes it good company to work for.
XPO: XPO is a wonderful place to work. It is a fast paced and results driven company. XPO attracts and hires top talent which makes the culture and company the best in the industry. We are heavy on internal meetings that can take away valuable coaching and developing time of direct reports.
XPO: Very little training outside of the computer which means trial and error or doing something incorrectly until someone says something. There are always career opportunities available.
XPO: Overall good, however there is a lot of red tape and under valuing of talent.
XPO: I've had great opportunities to succeed in new positions and opportunities within XPO. I've also gotten to experience not so great leadership but also great leadership
XPO: Early on things were rough with multiple managers leaving and my job responsibilities growing past what I felt my salary dictated. Since then my manager has been able to rectify that and allow me to do work every day that I enjoy. Over my three years I have evolved tremendously as an analyst.
XPO: I'm happy to work at XPO, since one year and a half ago (when I was hired), I feel that I got back life balance, a prove of that is that I lose around 70.54 lb of my corporal weight.
XPO: I've worked here for a long time, and I've seen many positive changes during that time. I would say that the last two years have been the best so far, and I look forward to the company continuing to make positive changes that make all employees and customers as happy as possible.
XPO: This has been a great experience. I've worked for several different companies (3pls, shippers, etc.) and this is the best culture, top to bottom I've worked at. Keep the culture and you'll keep the people!
XPO: Medical insurance premiums too high for Directors and above.
XPO: XPO truly is a demanding place to work. However, if you buy into the vision, the demands are also great ways to develop personally and professionally. If you want the path of least resistance, don't join XPO. If you want to be the best and work for the best, XPO is great.
XPO: I work extremely hard and have proven to add value to the department and company. I like my team and leaders. This company works their employees until there is nothing left for them to give, then replaces them when they are burnt out. However, it appears that some do little yet get increases
XPO: Challenging and satisfying environment to work in with very skilled and professional team who at the same time are very real and down to earth. My experience has been very positive with this company compared to other companies I've worked for in the past.
XPO: I have enjoyed my time at XPO.
XPO: I feel very comfortable with my team and my superiors, learning every day more , improving my knowledge. I´ve experimented the home office during the pandemic which has improved as well the family concilliation, so i´m very greateful
XPO: I'm grateful to have the opportunity to grow within this organization. My leadership team has continuously challenged me to improve on my management skillset.
XPO: The best part about our compensation package is Benefits.
XPO: XPO Sales roll very stressful hard to find the work life balance due to having to stressful days with doing all the things that are asked of us. Too much!. I don't want to sound un-grateful but it is just plain Hard to sell at XPO. The worst thing is trying to maintain accounts.
XPO: This is the most support I've ever felt in a job. I feel that my managers and coworkers have helped me become successful and I hope to move up the ladder in the near future.
XPO: opportunities have been available to me for advancement where I work hard to show value of a new role or process
XPO: Good team work across the board
XPO: XPO logistic is a good company and having a lot of opportunity to develop your carrier.
XPO: je suis a un poste qui me permet d'avoir un travail varié et intéressant avec de l'indépendance et la confiance de mes supérieurs. Mais je trouve que le travail n'est pas réparti équitab
XPO: intensive and always new day experience. You need to handle the uncertainty
XPO: It has been a constant sprint to achieve high goals, and although the demands are high, I have the autonomy to make an impact
XPO: Company in continous change with a big customer focus. with some internal different levels of commitment
XPO: I am proud to work at XPO and actively seek to share the opportunities here with friends.
XPO: I really have enjoyed working for XPO. The commission structure can be lucrative and the opportunities to grow organically within he company are numerous as well. The only knock I have is the unknown of selling the company.
Burger King: Not cussing people out or talking about drugs
XPO: I have been with the company for 2 years and my relationship with leadership has never been better. Communication is constantly improving and I feel that with a streamlined company post spin that will only improve moving forward.
XPO: Overall I love where Im at. A little extra pay would be nice. I think we would retain more employees if they made a little more. I really do enjoy dealing with my leadership. I think we need to invest in more IT resources for more timely ticket resolution. Over all Im quite happy with my career here
XPO: This company doesn't treat equally in terms of paying for internal promotion.
XPO: Love the growth this company has endured. When I first started working here 5 years ago, it seemed like the company didnt care at all for their employee. Much has changed though.
XPO: Most of them have a positive attitude
XPO: The company allowed me to develop my skills and to grow professionally
XPO: they are supportive and helpful
XPO: Very positive and rewarding. XPO navigated through the pandemic seamlessly
XPO: The company is becoming much more diverse and providing opportunities for women to move into previously predominantly male positions.
XPO: I love working for the company and hope to retire from the company, however, opportunities for African Americans and Women in management are not very plentiful and XPO makes you apply for positions rather than promote from within FIRST, before looking for outside employees. This is unfair
Ascension: This organization is in a constant state of change and adapting. It can be very exhausting and frustrating at times. And we still hate GSuite.
XPO: When i started the company was just budding and it is so impressive to see how far we've come. Through changing markets my office rises to the challenge. I love my office but often feel corporate strategies and policies negatively impact our growth and positive work experience at the local level.
XPO: my first and only job in this field
XPO: XPO is a strong industry name with great benefits associated, but internal issues need to be addressed.
XPO: Overall the experience has been great because there is cooperation and open communication for best results daily.
XPO: hard business, tough customers, good relationship with coworkers who help a lot. Good communication from Brad Jacobs and the other main leaders also. It helps a lot to be confident about the future
XPO: It has been a very good learning experience. Learning and applying new ideas at work. It has helped to grow both personally and professionally.
XPO: Expect unexpected, be open to change and not afraid of it
XPO: The quality of the experience is mostly dependent of the manager. Good people with great mindset at XPO.
XPO: I felt that XPO is the right place to work for me, I Learnt so much since I have joined the company
XPO: very positive. it's nice to see a company that values employee success
XPO: it has been good but there are opportunities for improvement
XPO: I have worked at XPO for almost 6 years. I feel that I add value to my job and department. I enjoy my co-workers and am proud regarding how well we all work together both in office and remotely.
XPO: Great office work space and environment and great co-workers. The challenge is resources, our team is understaffed so it is difficult to execute a strategic plan for program growth and improvement.
XPO: I have been working as a flow planner for 3years.Our client is satisfied with our work and has already extended his contract with XPO for the 3rd time. We do not have physical contact with customers, and we could on home office so xpo would save on office space, our boss does not want to agree to it
XPO: Being able to work on new and exciting things
XPO: Overall very positive but lately feel used. My career is not taken into account. it's only about the company's interest
XPO: Overall I'm happy with my job
XPO: I learn something new everyday, add value to the work of others to continue to move our company forward. Very proud to work at XPO.
XPO: quarterly bonuses based on our performance
XPO: I've been with the company for 28 years and it has been a thoroughly rewarding career progression working with a great team who cares about each other and the customer.
Ascension: The people who I work with
XPO: Go get at them !
Ascension: I am happy with my job...I wish I had better training...sometimes I feel I am going to fail b/c I didn't get the correct training on something etc....but overall I am happy!
XPO: long experience with ups and downs but little economic and personal satisfaction despite constant commitment
XPO: it is a friendly environment, management responded timely to Covid 19 minimizing impact in the business and clients, allowed me to work from home during the hardest part of the crisis, I like very much my job.
XPO: Good company with great people and good future. Recent management changes made me nervous.
XPO: I use to love coming to work and loved my work environment it was like a 2nd home. This is why i have worked so many years and have been a loyal employee. But over the past few years more double standards occur hand have been addressed and there is no change. I am no longer happy to come to work.
XPO: Positive, I have seen myself grow over the years and have been able to establish great relationships across the company
XPO: Provides enough opportunities for growth, provides enough flexibility
XPO: Personal and professional grow; busy days, multiple target to reach in the same time
XPO: I have been rewarded through promotions for maintaining high levels of success in sales and operations. The sky is the limit and the only thing holding someone back from where they want to be in their career is themselves. XPO has great advancement opportunities for those going above and beyond.
XPO: While my time has been short so far, I was surprised to see how well I would be treated at such a big company. I've always been afraid of large businesses and getting lost in them, but my manager and coworkers are always here to help me move forward.
XPO: There has been a lot to learn , especially thrown into a pandemic and solitude. I came from a very aggressive high level brokerage career. Without my experience I wouldn't have thrived. There are many obstacles to win business and that includes internal ones. My relentless determination is a must
XPO: Great place to work for over 25 years. A lot of changes but still a good company.
XPO: My overall experience has been good
XPO: muchos años y mucha experienci
XPO: Exciting company with a great team, and lot of project to provide an excellent service to our customer
XPO: I have joined the company in 2003. I worked on EDI topics, then on EAI projects and i'm now in charge of Track & Trace features
XPO: I've been here for 22 years and feel appreciated every day. I have enjoyed being given the opportunities to use my strengths to help the company recover costs that would not otherwise have been recovered. This company is great at offering opportunities to grow and succeed.
XPO: I love XPO but I do not see a clear path forward for advancement and feel grossly undervalued
XPO: It's a nice experience working at XPO; the company definitely cares for its emp. I want to more on the skills enhancement aspect; someone who can mentor me, get me ready for the next level, gives me an opportunity that will take me out of my comfort zone. I don't see much in terms of grwth/ a career
XPO: good, but at times feel micro managed.
XPO: I have been a part of XPOLogistics from Mar 2021 and i can say that since then i am extremely happy with the opportunities that i am getting and the quality of work i'm doing, timely appreciation make me to work even more harder to prove my self. Overall i am happy so far. I would like to thank XPO.
XPO: It has been a wide range of changes to conform to. Definitely need to be a flexible person. Need more direction with suggestions to excel by management in my position.
XPO: Been here for so long and seen that always the higher management and HR do not care and invest in people, even if us are her more then 7 plus years
XPO: My compensation does not match the cost of living. In Memphis, I made 56,500. 56,500 = 69,341 in Detroit. I do not make enough money.
XPO: I am proud to be part of the company. I think more opportunities for growth are needed. As well as a simplification of the company structure. I think the planned spin will help solve some of the internal confusion. Such as how to resolve IT issues.
XPO: Lots of long hours. Some times wonder if upper XPO management knows the impact they have on the decisions they make for operations. Great people to work with.
XPO: XPO is a great place to work. There is a lot of opportunity for people that are vested in the goals of the company.
XPO: My overall experience at my company has allowed me the opportunity to grow professional. This experience has also enhanced my personal growth as well. Again, I am very thankful to have a job.
XPO: I went from knowing almost nothing about the transportation industry to just dangerous enough to do my job fairly well. Daily I'm speaking with people all over the United States, selling loads, tracking loads, and being the go to person for my customers when things go wrong in transit. Love it!
XPO: It's been great. My role is impactful and I get to work on strategic things. I have a great boss who believes in me and pushes me to be better.
XPO: the best part is the fix
XPO: I enjoy working for XPO and I have been lucky enough to be provided room to grow and progress. I would still like to see more females in senior positions, it is still white, male dominated. The spin brings lots of opportunity and I intend on taking advantage of this to help the company grow.
XPO: All positive. Met some really good people.
XPO: The ability to work from home.
XPO: I've worked at XPO for 18 years, i have seen a lot of changes, even though we are part of a large corporation, it still feels we are a large family
XPO: I have had a good experience at XPO. I do feel like there may be some ageism in regards to promotions.
XPO: it has been a great place to work and it is the best thing career wise that has happened to me
XPO: XPO is an ambitious company, with many options to growth with it. To be a part of a leader company is something awesome each day.
XPO: I enjoy working for XPO Logistics as I don't feel taken advantage of and they are accommodating for life/work balance.
XPO: I have worked in this industry for a long time, I have seen a lot of different ways to get the job done. This company seems to care about its workforce and wants them to feel comfortable with all that is done. Communication is good, the meetings are a little much, but needed. Overall satisfied.
XPO: Long term vision has deseapeared. Instead of looking a long distance ahead we're looking at the windscreen of the car. They doesn't necessarely make us take the right décisions
XPO: Started great and went downhill over the last 4 years.
XPO: Skilled and useful worker in a poorly organized less-important division of large successful company
XPO: Great place to work with a lot of good people.
XPO: Just an overall great place to work.
XPO: Help each other to complete the task.
XPO: They are involved and invested in us.
XPO: It's been fun but its just okay. The work life balance is a struggle as carriers need stuff after you're done with the work day. I was brought in under the other commissions plan and since it's changed the motivation has been lower as well as a lot of negative backlash against it.
XPO: terrific from day one, glad i made the decision to join xpo
XPO: A chance to work with a huge variety of customers and sectors.
XPO: I have been very happy to become a part of this company.
XPO: My teammates and that's it.
XPO: The compensation issue is a huge hurdle. I love my job and the people I work with. I am often challenged. I succeed at almost every task, I just wish the compensation was in line with the expectations and job duties I carry. I know I am valued and I appreciate the support of my managers.
XPO: Positive company, great people but more work needed to bring together the central functions that have transferred over from Kuehne+Nagel with the existing XPO team.
XPO: The team, managers and vendors I support.
XPO: I've held this place of employment the longest of any other job I've ever had. This is my 16th year working for Diversey.
XPO: Professionalism, supportive and positive attitudes
XPO: I enjoy working for this company and would like to stay here until I retire. My only concern is that I am going to lose 10 productive hours when we have to go back in the office, and I am afraid due to pace of my work, I will get burned out.
XPO: Came for the brand. Stayed for the salary. Will leave because of the bureaucratic, lazy, meaningless managerial policies.
XPO: I have a long experience in the company and it has allowed me to grow personally and professionally over the years.
XPO: I enjoy the work. Sometimes I do not feel appreciated, and I also feel insecure in my future here.
XPO: Overall experience has been positive. Grant it I came from amazon so most places are better lol. But honestly I love being able to come into an office where all team members are able work together to get the job done even if some minor disagreements arise.
XPO: Critical thinking is a must. Must be flexible as work is fast paced and constantly changing.
XPO: our team sticks together, not matter the struggle.
XPO: so far it has been a good experience
XPO: typical corporate experience, beef up corner offices on the east coast and keep the little guys living skinny/no cost of living increases-expected but still sad.
XPO: I epitomise the XPO ethos 'you grow, we grow' by being given the opportunity to gain further qualifications in my field
XPO: Over the last 4 years I have grown tremendously. I look forward to what I can bring to the table in the future.
XPO: Being challenged by new tasks and customers. Being trusted to achieve for the company and our customers.
XPO: i Have come form KNDL to work for XPO, this has been a strange transition due to covid and the improvement plans not going directly to the timeline, however i do get flashes of a good company to work for, and when i have to work with people outside of the drinks world it is a company i enjoy working
