Snap Finance: When I first started at Snap it was a dream since I have been working in call centers for almost 5 years. The company was the best I have worked on, however with the past of the years, the job has become more difficult, and all for same salary. Basically we are now same as all other call centers.

First Merchants: I like working with the co-workers i have and the work we do is challenging and thought provoking. But it becomes a problem when we are not told something is changing until we get a call about it or have to go down a rabbit hole to find out what is going on.
Elastic: I came to a team, where half of the teammates have less than 2 years in Elastic. They are very familiar with onboarding and are willing to help me out to make it a fair transition
Guidewire Software: It's a good place to work. However, some areas in the company have structures that allow for career advancement and others don't.
First Merchants: Capitalism, it needs to be destroyed.
Elastic: Elastic has quickly become the work family that I had been missing for years.
Snap Finance: It has been rough at times, but I am extremely happy with my leader and my peers, we make an excellent team. I have to give kudos to my leader because she knows how to get the best out of her team members, she dearly cares about her team as human beings as well.

Guidewire Software: It used to be great but our culture has been slowly decaying and lately, big decisions seem to get rushed and pushed with little to no real communication making the last year or two extremely frustrating

Acceptance Insurance: Horrible place to work. No trust, low pay. Too many claims for one person to handle effectively. And not a very honest company. They will look for ways not to pay claims. They should be closed down.

I enjoyed my time here upon joining the company, but it quickly was soured as the managers continuously added to the workload in a beyond excessive manner, without listening to our concerns. Because of this, the overall experience has been disappointing and disheartening.

Snap Finance: I was let go for COVID and brought back, so even though I am confident of the success of the company, I don't always feel secure with my job. I do fear that Snap will decide to let me go again. Sadly, this happens more often than I am comfortable, especially hearing about the forecast of the economy
Insight Global: I was blessed with this special opportunity. It has been challenging at times and for many years even but since 2017 Ive never been more sure of our goals and future. The only thing that would make us better would be added external hiring and we are clearly investing in that.

Insight Global: I have been with Insight Global for 10+ years. I have been challenged, supported, celebrated, grown, trusted, encouraged along the way. I have made lifelong friends and spend my days doing something I love with people I enjoy being with. The perks and support are hands down the best out there.
Snap Finance: It's been good, I wish I would learn more. I get bored now.

Enshored: The company is great when it comes to being pro-agent. There is nothing bad that I can say about how much they would like to retain an employee. The only concern that we have is with our account. I believe other programs have a pay increase depending on the workload, but ours doesn't.
Snap Finance: Again, knowing the Snap Finance only helped people from 2019 and forward with the bonus and totally forgot about employees hired from 2018 and back is unacceptable. The dollar went down for EVERYBODY, not only for people hired on 2019. The dollar decreased in 2021, so we ALL were affected.

First Merchants: Working in a branch was awful because of the manager. Very challenging individual who seemed to get pass after pass on things she did. I was one of several emp who left the branch. I work in a dept where I now know what a team is like and I value my relationship with my managers and coworkers.
Insight Global: I feel IG is good if you drink the kool aid. If you're okay with working your butt off and getting compensated decently then go for it. If you're okay with making 1200 one week and 700 the next week go for it. The recruiter salary is not good at all you make nothing.
