I am always impressed with our officer's salaries, they make hardly anything. Because of the type of work the organization does, it has to compete with the market and ends up paying some pretty high salaries for non-officer positions. I am impressed with the uniformed officers!

I recieve mo benefits and i dont feel fairly paid as i do. Other peoples job sometimes

Making near minimum wage is not enough to support myself or anyone who wants to become autonomous.

The expectation for staff is to give it all you've got until you burn out. Once you burn out, you're not worth anything. I learned that self-care is preached, but not mandatory. No job training, but the expectation is success.

Each employee has their own idea about how the population should be served and the company run. Nobody really works well together. The constant changes makes it difficult to build a strong bond.
