Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is one of the wealthiest industries in the world with executive compensation in the millions, huge tax breaks that the fronline employees will never see and continue to run their operations on skeleton crews for starvation wages and diminished benefits. New GMs start at $16.5/hr.

They force all employees to work close to but less than 40 hours so no one gets benefits or time off

Everyone is great to talk to and socialize with while at work. Their productivity definitely leaves something to be desired, but everyone is overall a good person.
