What is the best part about your compensation package?
Phenomenal benefits and perks; appreciate that TR leverages its size to benefit its employees; appreciate the active encouragement from leadership and coworkers to use PTO; lean in to mental health days; use work time to volunteer; etc.

While the pay is low and salaried employees can quickly be underpaid compared to hourly employees in the same department, the time off (even as a new employee) is great. The ability to really create a work/life balance is something that has been difficult to find to this extent in other companies.

PTO is amazing. New full time employees start out with 3 weeks paid vacation, 2 volunteer days, 6 sick days, 2-3 floating holidays (depending on the year), and all major holidays off. Plus, the maternity & paternity leave is amazing. They truly value the work/life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary adjusted to the position - when moving up the ladder internally, the compensation doesn't seem to be adjusted adequately

What did you like most about the interview process?
Automated calendar appointments and email updates; scheduling was incredibly easy; information and knowledge sharing was excellent. I felt very prepared and expectations for each step were very clear.
