What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Have access to human resources. Have supervisors and leads not be so ridiculously verbally abusive, condescending, and have some respect for the workers and the conditions. I've never worked in such a baron, disgusting and disrespectful place in my entire 20 years being in the work force
