What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Having an open relationship with it's drivers. Consulting drivers when making decisions that directly affect them. Asking for input from drivers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are "forced" to work six days a week. If we don't we are black-balled and presented with warning letters and hearings. The environment is toxic.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Having a dialogue with drivers. Form a committee of drivers that can communicate directly with management. We have good ideas. We just need someone to care enough to listen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I just want to feel like I matter. We are constantly berated for a number of reasons, whether we deserve it or not. We are given warning letters when we don't work six days a week. The compensation is pretty good but could be better considering what our CEO makes.
