
Having an open relationship with it's drivers. Consulting drivers when making decisions that directly affect them. Asking for input from drivers.
We are "forced" to work six days a week. If we don't we are black-balled and presented with warning letters and hearings. The environment is toxic.
Having a dialogue with drivers. Form a committee of drivers that can communicate directly with management. We have good ideas. We just need someone to care enough to listen.
I just want to feel like I matter. We are constantly berated for a number of reasons, whether we deserve it or not. We are given warning letters when we don't work six days a week. The compensation is pretty good but could be better considering what our CEO makes.
