My experience as a seasonal per personal vehicle driver has been wonderful. I've met some great people that work hard and get along to get a job done. I've had excellent boss who's there to help answer questions and get the job done at the end of the day. I've had an excellent opportunity for money!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the straight talk get down to business take care of documentation. Instruction was clear concise and to the point.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The seasonal pay is exceptional. I make more money during peak season working for UPS than I do working healthcare support in six months.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am referring to the 2020 season and it was amazing. Everyone on the team for 2020 was hard-working, and friendly, kind, and helpful. I enjoyed working with them very much.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is a beautiful day delivering packages, and getting a job done in a timely effective manner. Gives me a sense of pride and success at the end of the day. Not a lot of jobs today give you that kind of satisfaction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I found the most positive thing about the work environment for season 2020 was how willing everyone was to step up and help out even if it was not your route or if they were someone that did not show up to run a route the team with divide up the task and get it done
