awesome benefits, and I'm thankful for the people I work with. But there are some downsides, some of which being the sexism, some of which include the "check the box" mentality needed in order to move up. Laziness and burnout is prevalent, but the right managers can go a long way.

we all encourage each other to get done and get home

it was very quick, and I got to actually talk to a person
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
actively helping those under them grow, and understanding how to ask questions in order to get to the root of the problem instead of jumping to conclusions and accusing others
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes, completely. Realistically I'm doing 3-4 people's jobs with a fraction of the pay that they receive. Compensation for me looks like higher wages, more flexibility, and more vacation time.
