What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The onboarding experience has been a nightmare.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no collaboration between team members. My concerns are not taken seriously.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I work in a remote are of the UPS compound. There have no meetings since I started. I am not included in HR events/parties.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have a masters in Business Administration focusing in HR and im being paid nearly that of a Fast food employee. As far as benefits... as far as i know, i have none.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I did not interview with my manager. I was told she was off. The woman that interviewed me talked more about tv shows. She was unsure about my wages and didnt have a clear understanding of benefits.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is absolutely NO communication. I have been told that there were 4-5 people that held my position before me, and i can understand why. I asked how to get access to the phone VM to ATTEMPT to handle an employee complaint, and my manager responded'I dont know'.
