Love that we are a great team! Fun to wake up early and get some good exercise in for the day. My only issue is my difficulty in communication with the supervisors. I have not been paid for driver helper and shorted hours. I get sent in circles on who to talk to just to get paid for time worked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO, option week, overtime on daily basis vs. weekly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are amazing and can relate to us preloaders since they've been in the position before. Hate the lack of communication on who I can go to to get paid properly for my time on driver helper.
