I work part-time as a loader at UPS. The job isn't difficult to do. Most of my coworkers are easy to get along with. UPS has great benefits, vacation, and PTO. Most holidays off. Most of the supervisors are fantastic to work with. There may be one or two supervisors who are not so great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is encouraging and kind.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work independently
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the fact that they give you a tour of the company and explain the different types of jobs and how to do them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That I don't really have one. I essentially work by myself. I like that if I'm getting overwhelmed by work they'll send someone over to help.
