They sent me a text message to terminate my employment what kind of company does that! And then they failed to send me my cobra benefits and I still don't have my last paycheck This happened on 11/5/21 and yes no paycheck still

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued because I was sent a text message to terminate my employment then I get a letter from my benefits saying that I was laid off they don't know what they're doing their
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoyed my immediate supervisors they were helpful and understanding and just all-around compassionate as I was the oldest one on the line loading the trucks but I did it and I did it well!
