Fair pay and decent benefits but it is clear you are a place holder for that job, easily replaceable.

What makes you most happy at work?

Driving home in a free car.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Brand new free car every 3 years, including gas card. Both of which can be used for personal needs.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

UPS can make time management difficult for an outside rep as they are known to have a lot of conference and zoom calls

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Thinning out and replacing top heavy management collecting big salaries while hanging onto old and less effective methodologies - fear and intimidation - as if they were the only option.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Instead of leaving the hiring decision to someone who isn't going to be working with you one on one, the final interview was with the hands on manager, making sure that relationship would be positive.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Priorities. A lot of time wasted micro managing and talking in circles about changes that would be nice to see, but getting management to make a change for the better is like waiting for congress to agree.
