Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I started I was being paid $18 and hour, then suddenly my pay dropped to $15.33 without any warning. I applied for the job because it was offering $18 which was going to help me save up, but now I'm falling short of my goal. I feel betrayed and as though I wasted my time.
