Bottom rung workers and their ability to bare the hard driven & thankless pace day in and day out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, presence, sharing the profits that they would be unable to earn without the masses at the bottom who do all the work. Not only do they have inflated salaries but they also rake in quarterly production bonuses. All they do for this endowment is spend their days meeting with each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Workers at UPS are some of the best people I've ever met. It's like a family, people you genuinely care about & sometimes fight with. Most people are hard working unless they are a boss then they are stern without an ounce of compassion. Driven only by the stock tickers that replaced their hearts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is low for the majority of positions and advancement to a well paid position is next to impossible. They talk a big equity and diversity game but in reality you need to be a friend or family member to advance here. Hard work and integrity will only get you more work at UPS!
