The people I work with and getting a great workout.

The work is physically demanding and we all help each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Corporate culture where i work can be desribed as non existent or very poor.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Recognize and listen to the people working in the warehouses and driving the trucks. They are the package handlers. They are the reason every person in corporate has a job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To begin, our pay was recently cut without any communication from corporate. The disparity between executive pay and those that do the work for them to get rhat pay is astronomical. Particularly so for the people working in the watehouses. How many millions does it take to be enough?
