My team is full of specialized and hard working people that I can trust. We also have a good time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My individual managers are available and ready to teach. The executive team operates in a very cost-oriented and innovation focused way which I appreciate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that I have a unique perspective in the Plant Engineering department with a positive experience. Other departments do not have the same bright outlook or opportunities.
