They keep promising me a permanent job but I keep getting told it's above my pay grade to know when it's coming. They also lied to me about what my pay was starting until after I gave my 2 weeks notice, they are not reimbursing me my mileage, and everytime I go to management I'm deflected.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
As "HR" (though they have coded me as a PT supervisor) I get 3 weeks of vacation and good Healthcare.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I just want paid for the expenses they owe me and to not be afraid to talk to my manager. I cant talk to them without someone getting mad I am trying to get paid mileage or when our jobs will be approved so we aren't let go without benefits AGAIN.
