Ups has become a miserable place to work. Over the last few years I absolutely dread driving in. It didn't used to be that way. But all we are to them is a number now.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Getting to leave and go home.

What did you like most about the interview process?

That it was with an actual HR member. I understand now it's all online.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Couldn't tell you. Most of the time the only one in the office is the OMS.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually caring about their people, and not how many stops we can force onto a truck.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our pay is good, but as of recent. Our pay is not enough to counter the added work load as well as the mental and physical exhaustion.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The work load doesn't allow the driver to properly service the customer anymore, and to have that "face of the company" approach. It's become "here's your stuff, go away".
