Environment is very intense and lifting heavy packages--- good gym workout!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Recruiter was straight to the point but difficult to understand with the East Indian accent.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad communication between management and employees . Supervisors do not accommodate on employees concerns in the role placed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some workers work harder than others and not much communication between employees to do the job quicker unless a supervisor tells them so.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training on how to respect and value their employees. Very poor work ethic on supervisors as well need training on how to talk to employees respectfully.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My concerns were not listened to and insist on placing me in a position where i would be lifting 50+ lbs continuously for 3 hours. There was no compromise on placing me elsewhere to start.
