its a good company i thought was all about the employees but i was wrong they are a cooperate like any other one. all about making money first employees second . At the Salinas hub i have to load up 5 sometimes 6 package cars . going from $18 to 15 while the work load is still the same if not more
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
training all people to do more then one job. stop favoritism by giving them easy jobs.. who are lazy and barley do their job to begin with splitters not splitting just on their phone . having only one person to clean leakers and not training anyone new
