The absolute worst company in the world to be employed by. Full time package car driver here. They abuse you in every way possible, and when you think there's no more ways, they will find a couple more for good measure. NO ONE cares ANYTHING at all about you, your health, or your family.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
AC in the package cars, more drivers and trucks for them to drive, to alleviate the ungodly amount of hours each driver has to work every single day.
