Great job during peak. Unfortunately the company is instructed to lie to their employees. They will tell you, and everyone else over and over that you will have your own route after peak and then they dont give you any hours. I left a full time job woth benefits for this, stranded no insurance/check

Big team, fun job, everyone enjoys driving
What do you like best about the leadership team?
High energy, they let you do ypur job as long as you do it correctly. Leadership at our center consists of good people, however the structure the company has them operate is strange.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great health insurance, but as i said, i applied for a fulltime driver position and left a job with benefits. Once i got into ups all their promises went out the window and i now have no health insurace, but they ask me to work saturdays every week, no other hours.
