My marketing team. They are all we have.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are friendly and nice. There is no discrimination. People respects your privacy and holiday leaves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is terrific. But it would be better if he follows up my work rather than keep feeding me more and more and more.. I don't have time to accomplish everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work overtime all the time at least 12 hours a day with no compensation. I had two masters and this is my first job. I am just now super burnt out.
