Executive team needs to learn which goals are attainable, and which ones are out of sight. Overworking underpaid employees isn't a good look. They wonder why their turnover is so high.
Benefits should come sooner than 9 months past employment date. Considering most resignations happen before that mark, I see it as them trying to save money for as long as possible. They might could keep more employees by offering this sooner to offset the low pay.
