The people keep it real
You get to know them quite well and they care for each other.
How fair the expectations are, as well as the fulfillment from going above and beyond.
I like that you actually get the opportunity to get to know the people in charge of you and that they are very concerned with the workplace being safe and non-toxic.
There is very little you have to do to get the job, but keeping it for more than a month is dependent on your performance/willingness to improve at what they expect from you. You cannot be incompetent and last longer than 30 days before they root you out.
