I enjoy working with my co-workers. We all get along and our full time amd part time managers are awesome to work for. The only issue is the money is not alot for the hard work that everyone does day in day out. Everyone i talk to says if they paid more they would work even harder !

Laughing with my team members! Having the supervisors tell me thank you and great job

It is easy to fill out application. The questions are explained well and easy to understand

My leadership team is amazing! I know other managers can't handle stress and yell at people instead of explaining the correct way to do the job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
So many options to invest and grow my money plus they offer a pension! The pension is what keeps employees there. With out the pension there would be no ups . Its what keeps the people that want to retire one day there
What are some of the best things about your team?
Loyal and caring! We all help each other. We appreciate each other. When someone new or changes to our work station they are told no yelling or drama. If we get a bad seed they are moved to a different area the next day cause myself and team members work efficiently and get the job done right
