The way they treat and talk to employees about how we work. They also need to get better at respecting seniority.
What makes you most happy at work?
The benefits for my family and the retirement for the future. I also enjoy the money I make and it's very a solid company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Helping each other and working as a team it's pretty ridiculous and comrodery would be nice. They also need to work a tad faster.
