Work policy is inconsistent. You are not given the benefit of doubt, everything is your fault and you are written up. As an employee you are micromanaged to the point of a child. Human error or not informed of a rule is not acceptable and you are written up. Equipt and trucks are constantly breaking

Coworkers are the only support that provide compassion and understanding in what it is like dealing with UPS.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That there is some sort of job security in that online orders continue to grow and there is plenty of work and (forced) overtime .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
stop micro managing and splitting hairs over technicalities and or insufficient matters. In other words to the one that says the job can't be done... stop bothering the one that is actually getting thins done.
