Huge mgmt culture shift over last 5 years. Full time turnover used to be nonexistent. Now we have alot more hiring from the outside (and often those are the one who leave in 2 years). Generally knowledgable people who are good at their jobs and want to learn and collab in engineering dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits get worse every year. Ups shouldn't pay 17k a year just for me to have a high deductible plan! 17k so that I can pay negotiated rates until 3k oop? Come on. Entry level we are highest pay but from there, and especially with years of service raises don't keep up with new hires even
