Alit of co workers are negative in personality and cannot be trusted

Better treatment. Management only cares about profits. Lots of negative energy

People skills. Communication with employees and other leaders. Organizing employees and the work

Very easy and willing to hire anyone. They also do not drug test

Most co workers have bad attitudes but it comes from mistreatment from management

Train the supervisors. Nobody knows what they are doing. Different supervisors give different instructions to employees

They will hire anyone. They are desperate to get people who will show up and work

Recognition of a good job. Payed breaks or even in payed breaks. The job is very strenuous and stressful.

Employee morale is very bad. Everything needs to be improved. I won’t know where to start. Maybe with training the supervisors

A lot of co workers are trying to do as little as possible and taking advantage of the hard workers. The mentality is on the lazy side

Under appreciated and definitely undervalued! Company only cares about production and profits. Most managers try to skim time off workers pay. They will do anything to make the numbers!

Very physical job but mentally boring. Recognition for a good job would be nice. The compensation provided does not make up for the wear and tear on ours bodies
