What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Understanding of timezones and not requiring people to work early morning, evening or nights. Enable to regularly meet with coworkers instead of having to work with them for years without meeting

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Consistency of process for all departments and functions, complying to communicated dates (not leaving candidates wondering if they are still considered), less focus on quotas and more on competences, and add objectivity / remove personal preferences from the process
