It is a great place to work at if you plan on making it your career and staying a long time. However, for the short term people especially in management, I would not recommend it as it can be a lot for the average person looking for a job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Punctuality. It was ask, job explanation, understanding, then hired.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my team and going to my meetings. When things go smoothly also puts a smile on my face
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While the gain sharing is nice; I wish that the company made a better effort at treating its full time supervisors with better pay. As I have seen it, going higher in the company seems to yield less pay until you commit a good 10 years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I liked the leadership there as all feedback was constructive and reasonable. There was a reason to work on something. I would wish that the company could work on establishing a better connection from its local teams to all of its information/ policies that are not readily available.
