Our lead guy isn't bad. If he ran everything I think it would be better.

For the most part it is positive. Our people help each other load and deliver when help is needed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The people I work with are great. Only one lady doesn't do her share and calls in a lot. We need to stand together more.
