I think my experience at UPS has varied, I started driving in Bangor Maine, where I had an overall just positive experience with my supervisors and the company. Meanwhile, at this current new location that I am currently driving Texas, Fort Worth Benbrook Center) there is need for improvement.

Fun coworkers and pays good, unfortunaly there is not a lot of positivety in terms of culture
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like them as people, but sometime the comunincation could be more friendly and constructive. The manager is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working in the company for almost a year and have no benefits because I switched locations
