Mgt for 29 years. When the Company was privately held it was tolerable to somewhat satisfying. After the Company went public it became cutthroat to dreadful.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too late. The culture is what it is. Profit is the be all and end all. People are replaceable and expendable.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It would help if the process was truthful but it's riddled with propaganda to ensure a warm body is in place
